Although MickKreiger decided to shut down the gift writing a thon, I still want to write my stories, so I'm trying to think of a way to collect characters to write them for without it only being people I know or it being a "first post first written" thing.
Maybe there aren't any other options. I don't know, but I guess what I could do is make the list of the stories I have available and let people choose which one they'd want. It's not much different than the "first post first written" thing but at least it would be a little meaningful to each person.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I've got 10 stories that need to be written (not including the one I was going to write for myself [and I reserved one of them for a friend]).
Maybe I could put specifications for each story, like "this story needs a doe" or "this story needs someone who doesn't wear the zombie set".
I'm still a little bummed that the writing a thon got canceled, I was really looking forward to when my week came.

's third year materialization date (or birthday). I came here in 2007, which is before the birch Forest, the Halloween stuff, and the Community Site. The support forums say I joined March 15, but that's because I actually debated with myself whether or not I wanted to join another online community. I'm glad I did. (Read more.)
