You will not like me {Lucyfer's Diary} 10th June 2010

I met a brown doe today that seemed almost suitable to be the mother of my heir a little scrawny but possibly she will have to do, I returned her affections with a nuzzle and perhaps things would have been perfect lest a little faun kept interrupting us. The female seemed to care for it which was unfortunate. The mother of my faun should only care for it, not others pathetic little beasts. Then the little thing DARED to lower its nubby little head at me when I refused to acknowledge it's right to be on this planet, never the less after rearing and bellowing it seemed to get the picture and leave...or so I thought as it cowered before me.

Though it didn't leave completely and I left the pair when I realised I was not going to get any where with this doe and with the rage threatening to get the better of me, the last thing I need is another body on my hooves and went for a drink. Only for them to follow me.

The little creature bellowed at me again from the edge of the water and the doe tried to entice it into the shallows with us, apparently she didn't get that I wanted us to be alone Then another worthless faun joined the first and danced around me. I had had enough and ran to the rocks in the playground and lay in the shade, it seemed I had lost them.

Finally.

care for the environment!

... To determine the extinction of the species barely a century after first contact with the man. The dodo is perhaps the first animal species whose extinction is directly linked to the interrelation with humans, and that men are the main responsible. and Spain, despite being the country with the greatest biodiversity of the continent, 33% of vertebrates are endangered. 11 167 animals of endangered species worldwide, 124 species are considered in critical condition. between these species at serious risk is the Iberian lynx, who survive only 200 copies and is the world's most endangered cat. Iberian lynx in the zoo vigo - photo enrique a. flickr among the endangered cats are the puma (mountain lion or American), which despite its great adaptability to different environments, has been in the last centuries human permanent dam. Other endangered animals include the alligator, and several species of turtles (mostly marine), frogs and lizards among the reptiles. among birds, are the eagle, the condor, albatross species dark, thin, white-crowned peak, other birds of the family of gulls, the black owl, hummingbird boy. Birds are animals with more endangered species. among mammals are also endangered gorilla, the largest of the apes, and the panda and koala, which have been the two species with greater diffusion of protectionism in the media in recent decades. the Cantabrian brown bear population is estimated at only about 80 individuals living in the Pyrenees. different species of whales are also endangered: the blue whale, gray whale, sei whale and the bowhead whale. now known as well as two species of endangered sharks: the spiny dogfish shark (small, from coast) and the porbeagle shark (ocean, relative of the great white shark.) all these animals mentioned here, along with over a thousand in currently endangered, have run this way mainly as a result of man.

Drifting memory

Look into my eyes
And tell me what do you see
A soul worth saving
Or just a dark abiss

A soul that thinks with the heart
And rarely with the mind
It's easy to see
In my eyes
But it's other's perspectives
That make me wonder

If I disappeared would you miss me
Has my prescence meant anything to you
I feel lonely and forgotten
Here on this cloud of mine

I drift in and out
But it's hard to ever stay away
For very long

By know you must have turned the page
Leaving all the while
I commend you for staying this long
And listening to these words that I have to say

But this light grows dim
And the shadows are more pronounced
And the rest of my words
I'll save
For another day

Forget me not

***********************************************************************************

Forget me only when the stars are gone

And the moon no longer shines

When the bird's song is gone

Hopefully I will as well

When nature is destroyed

I will avert my eyes

And spare myself from watching the pain

I will watch you and keep you safe

You shall know that I'm always by your side

When only you are gone

And can no longer keep me in your heart

Come and join me

Here in this afterlife

But never forget me in any lifetime

June 10

Months and dates meant nothing to Cloud, seasons were his calendar. He remembered that it was around this time, when the days grew warmer and longer, a time known as summer that his younger brother was born. Sky would have been two by now, just a year younger than Cloud. He would have been excited at the prospect of having larger antlers, he would have been trying to take on every stag he came across. He would have been happy. In a perfect world, Sky would have been alive to celebrate growing a year older. But the world was not perfect.
Cloud carried the assortment of flowers that he had so carefully picked earlier to the birch forest. Sky had always loved the birch forests back at their old home range, he'd said they made him feel safe and comfortable. How ironic that such a place would also be where he would die.
Cloud stopped beneath a tree situated deep in the forest and laid the flowers down at it's base. His task done, he stepped back for a moment, reminiscing about what should have been, could have been, and how it was.
Why do I still linger? He wondered, Maybe I just can't let go.
Cloud raised his head skyward and forced a smile even though he was breaking on the inside. He would always smile for Sky, no matter what.
"Happy birthday, little brother."

(English version's following...)
