Gonna try something different by summarizing the day. Can't guarantee I'll keep this up, but today was too eventful not to write down...
Sat at the two tree sunbeam near the Old Oak, happy to find Kylar there. Eventually flopped across his back because he wanted to and he could, as they chatted. Was jokingly given a new pet name (all fear the King of Minty Justice B| ) - didn't know what to think of it [I put this here as a reminder to myself for something >> ]. Chatted a bit more before Kylar left.
Later joined by Siri, Velia, and eventually Oura. Some of the usual spellcasting antics (though not really involving Velia. Touk doesn't know her well, but he could tell she wasn't feeling great. And noticed how closely she and Siri sat next to/clung to each other; hid a smirk at this) before Oura had to go.
Caught sight of some sort of fight happening in and around the Oak. Stood in front of Siri and Velia in case it got too close, Siri guarding Velia more closely. Didn't know what that commotion and chaos was about, but concerned upon spotting Kaoori amongst the fray. Went to check on things at the Ruins after it seemed to die down (or at least, move away). Stayed some distance away as there were enough gathered there and his presence didn't seem immediately needed...and was sure Geography would probably follow him over there and didn't think it would go over well. Eventually wandered back to his "home", Siri and Velia now gone...but quickly returned, concern still eating at him. Still didn't venture too close, as there were enough crowded around, now including Kari, but kept everyone in view, acting as a sort of silent guard until leaving for the night.

BLOG POST (from work!) Oh.
Oh. My. God.
Ok, so, I see this guy in the parking lot that looks like Santa-went-hippy-and-wears-sunglasses walking towards the shopping center. He comes into the shop. Ok. I'll just ignore the style he has going. But then he starts talking...
Perhaps quoting part of the Bible, something about "his son the carpenter's wedding", how he's taking a break from a painting, about "so this is how this place is now" (I assume he hasn't been here since it was TCBY), and after I point out where the yogurt is, to give him dulce de leche, something-something "cheapo cup" (...a small?).
Ok. I explain how it works. You pay by the ounce cuz we weigh it. He asks for 2 ounces (amidst more Bible-ish babble stuff that I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HALF OF - and people think my fast jumble talk is bad...). I do my best to get him just a bit and he's ok with it. Put it on the scale so he can pay. He goes on about more Bible-ish stuff, Armageddon, find higher ground when "after image of the rainbow next to the first one (...double rainbow what does it mean? *shot*). He pays for his yogurt (there are moments he talks normally after all), asks about my "earthly name", and I'm just like, "um. Ok," and give only my first name. Then he goes on about how at the end we'll all get new names on stones we're presented with? (Ffff?) End transaction, I give my usual "have a good day" as he's leaving, and he's gone, leaving me still trying not to grin (I was holding back the whole time cuz who wouldn't be? \o/).
All the stuff. And only 2 hours into my work day. 8|

Dag's Event - last slot (MORE CHAOS \o/ ), limped "home" (supported by an also injured Kylar, though he wasn't badly hurt), mostly more superficial scratches, but also had some ribs bruised by a few of the beasts directly attacking to try to get past him, more usage of mint, still needs to sink in that Dag is finally back, will be resting for awhile
Old wounds (last night) are a pale color, new wounds (tonight) are more red. That dark tinge around that long scratch on the side is bruising.

I miss talking to you guys.
My dad did offer his laptop last night, but I don't feel right borrowing it. I only will if I continue to be forced to "camp out" on the couch on days I normally don't (not Monday or Wednesday).
