The wolf lets her mess with his hair, but gives no reaction to it in return. Instead he lays there quiet and grumpy, however not at Djinn. Not anymore. His mood just wouldn't shift from bad to good.

Tavis peeked at the face of the wolf, then to a nearby wound. He stared at it, recalling the wolf's protective and supporting behaviour toward him. He hadn't witnessed the older one flinching in pain or giving any sign of pain; He had simply just taken care of Tavis, ignoring his own injuries. The big fawn frowned, getting a nasty feeling the more he stared. He felt so weak. So pathetic. All this mess... All this crap. Again a nasty feeling... And he knew why. He closed his eyes in frustration, angry about his own whining and self-pitying - because he would gain nothing by this. Umay... Umay had been mad when he did it before. Whining and showing weakness was a bad thing. Yes.
He opened his eyes, only a few seconds having passed from when he closed them, and hardened his expression. Signs of pain was gone, whiped off. He sniffed the wound, glancing at Beren, face frowning in a more concerned way. Are you okay?

He keeps eye contact a bit more, thinking. He shifts his gaze to the ground, glancing at the tail wrapping around him. He got an odd feeling: It didn't feel uncomfortable, like he wanted to push it away, it was just... New. And surprisingly warm... A tiny feeling of protection washed through him, and he squeezed his lips together, unsure of what kind of expression to make. Then suddenly, he feels something warm touching one of his wounds, and he flinchs in surprise, eyes wide and ears standing straight up. Soon enough the surprise fades and get's replaced by a stinging feeling, but the fawn stays quiet.

I got that work few weeks ago but I was too lazy to put up a note or something. It's not really that bad. Though it consumes most of my day time, and Hector consumes the rest of the time that's left til' bed. So there's no time for Beren. :C But we really miss you guise. I hope they can meet soon.

The wolf grinned. "You can't imagine how nice it is to see you," he said and smeared his face into Ravly's fur, obviously overjoyed.
