Is that a really stupid idea? Does anyone else here use Twitter regularly? I know that I, personally, could really use a Liëkadeer twitter account, but there'd be little point if it was of no interest to enyone.

For example, if I had one I would've just tweeted

@LiekaDeer: Thought I saw Aeros, turns out it was just another deer with the same set. Must be going mad. Miss you m'lovely!

...as that just happened. I think it would be useful to clear up misunderstandings on-the-hoof, and it would be good for Q&A, or roleplay, or anything really.

But it's all pointless if no-one is interested, which I am completely willing to accept. Just a thought I just had. What d'you reckon?

I'm slippping back into the Forest again, thought I'd drop a note. As I'm at college most of the time, I only actually have access fortnightly, every other weekend. But as it's the two-week-long holiday, I thought I'd try and get back into the swing of it!

Starting with the book, obviously that is fabulous. I've begun it already and it's going wonderfully. You can rely on Wodehouse. And it is so sweet to see you tried to find geckos, the bookmark replacement is perfect! ^_^

The scarf, however, was an innovation. It's what I never realised I wanted, hee. We went to the theatre and I wore it to that, it is splendid and suits me and my wardrobe to a tee, which is pretty darned good for having never met!

Thank you also for practically writing a letter in the card, it's such a lovely personal touch.

I fear I enthuse too much, but really. Very happy over here.

As there was suddenly a demand for them, I've decided to move to a proper blog entry. Give me a ref and I will do it! All deer accepted, all deer will be got to eventually. If I do one for you and there's something you want changing, I am very happy to do that as well. I like to make people happy where possible.
Quality may fluctuate.
Each deer is unique and personalised - I'm not copy-pasting various set parts, aside from the basic format it's fresh each time.
I am prepared to do multiple deer for people, as they're not much trouble. If you request more than one, I'll mark them by putting them in a different colour, and I'll probably intersperse them with any single deer to keep things fair. But I do try and get to all! Please leave a comment with a link to a reference picture, or a good description.

Guys, it is not fun, big or clever. People are trying to get spells here, and it's more vital now than ever.

Still, soon all mine will be kitted out with Halloween spells as and where needed! When that ignoramus minideer moves...

The odd thing is, is that I've found I'm missing Liëka's original zombie antlers. I got them directly from The Night God at an ABIO, and I've always made sure it was the same data since. ....hah. Emotional attachment to data. Oh dear.

Liëka

The hair is dark purple, the pupil-less eyes are neon green, the pelt is the Black As Night pelt, with a purple sheen if it helps. The antlers and hoofs are shiny silver. The feather is an owl feather. In this picture the eyes are glowing a lot; it wouldn't usually be that much, it's just because... er, it's nighttime.

Iranu & Uvavu

The pelt is a simplified Golden Butterfly pelt.
Here's a lot of unnecessary info:
Uvavu is slightly larger built than Iranu, and Iranu has scruffier hair and is more wiry built than Uvavu. Uvavu swears he doesn’t use hair products, but it is suspiciously shiny and well-kempt. Iranu is the faster runner, and Uvavu is the better singer (but there really isn't much in it).
Iranu is rather a pyromaniac, and has a large stock of everlasting sparklers on him, as well as other means of creating fire. Uvavu has a habit of showing off to the does, very over-the-top and ludicrously. Iranu has a nervous habit of grooming other deer, yet another reason why the twins stick together so much. It would be a bit odd (not in a good way this time) to start preening some deer you don’t know.

Because I've been away from TEF for a while, and subsequently haven't done TEF art for ages, I want to get me eye in with deer again.

I'm looking for a straight art trade, with it understood that there's no quality control (which obviously can be applied either way! ) as I haven't done any for a while. Anyone interested? At all? I will literally take the first reply with an acceptance and a deer reference, I'm desperate to get back at the deer art!

It's been about two years since I was in the Forest, until yesterday.

I've missed this. I've missed this so much. But I needed to take two years out for so many reasons, and I'm still glad I did. But I'm back in the Forest now.

I literally don't know any of the names I see in front of me. Any of the old lot still about? Heh.

I'm not going to be a Community regular, I don't think. I never really liked it here, but since the Forum basically emptied it was pretty much the only place I could talk to anyone.

Anything interesting happened? Anyone I know left/retuned? Have they fixed the display name bug? Anything else I ought to know? ...anyone?

The thing is, I have no interest in telling the world what I had for breakfast and what time it is where I am, but I do occasionally have a thought or phrase that I want to tell somebody, but it's not really worth the journal update, and I've forgotten it by the time I do have enough material for a journal entry. ...so that's my reasoning. |D
