Twitter deer

Is that a really stupid idea? Does anyone else here use Twitter regularly? I know that I, personally, could really use a Liëkadeer twitter account, but there'd be little point if it was of no interest to enyone.

For example, if I had one I would've just tweeted

@LiekaDeer: Thought I saw Aeros, turns out it was just another deer with the same set. Must be going mad. Miss you m'lovely!

...as that just happened. I think it would be useful to clear up misunderstandings on-the-hoof, and it would be good for Q&A, or roleplay, or anything really.

But it's all pointless if no-one is interested, which I am completely willing to accept. Just a thought I just had. What d'you reckon?

And I've made a TEF list. I'll add any deer that follow me, and I'll have Liëka follow all the deer, and I reccomend anyone joining in does the same, to build a network.

I'm glad some people think so! What with the natural network-like format of Twitter, I reckon it could get really good if enough people joined.

Sounds like a neat idea, with what I know about Twitter. I don't use it, though, and I'm not terribly keen on joining - but for those who did, I think it would be fun.
I do something similar with some of my deer on their update/interaction page; I update it every few minutes when their thoughts change, then write a diary which encorporates all those thoughts at the end of the day.

I agree! I have to ask, does Twitter do groups or community type things? Could make a TEF group to make it easier to find folks.

Honestly it does seem a fun little idea. I'd be in. ^_^

I've had a twitter account

I've had a twitter account for human Isac for a few months now, but I haven't written anything yet. xD

Excellent! You can create Lists on twitter, which can be used to keep track of groups, and indeed succesfully have been.

D'you want to actually do that then? A silly little real-time way of keeping track of deer, or RP'ing or random-questioning?
