MoonlitStar's blog

"I don't want to be alone anymore..."

Softly, softly...She creeps between the trees, avoiding the slivers of moonlight that shine through...Invisible, but her eyes...
...One cannot unsee those eyes...

"Who, me? Of course it's me. Well, I, darling..."

[=10]I'm Davita Starpop, obviously. You're a bit slow, aren't you, eh?
That was a rhetorical question, babe, don't answer.
Anyway, I'm not like the others. Infact, I may be better. They won't find me, you see, they don't know. I'm not like them.
I'm. Not. Like. Them.
Go away!
Go away, don't bother me like that--
That's better...Nasty little things, those others...But I love them all the same.
I'm not unstable. What makes you think that? You're accusing me! Just like they did! Just like them, just like them, all of you!
Go away!

...

...I'm better now.

Oh, you're so pretty...so very pretty. Come closer, dear, just a little bit closer, so I can reach...you do smell so very nice.
Lovely...

I hear your voice, yes. Yes, I can hear you, don't shout! What?
I'm from outer space, silly! You really are slow! Honestly, what did you expect? [laughs] I'm not like you, or the others!
Well, there is one other...But I believe she--well, you'd call her 'she'--is hiding somewhere. Cruel, those scientists...
I don't need the king to send me places, oh no. No, no. I was an exile a long time ago, and I've spent many moons building my shuttle.
It's a pity that I crashed, isn't it?
But I'm smarter than Danila, me. I can rebuild the shuttle. I might even take Danila with me! But we'll have to come back, of course. I quite like it here. I know Danila does, even if they don't admit it.

So pretty...Closer still...

...

...

...

So tired.

I think I must rest now, don't you?

Care to join me?

No?

Well, fine!

I'll just go off, by myself, shall I?

Ah, I knew you'd change your mind...[smirks]

Come on then, love.

xD; I felt like writing this. Meet Davita. He's...a bit mental, I guess. And androgynous like Danila, but referred to as male.

**This story features two of my old characters.**

Looking to befriend some deer c:

[=10]Um yes. I decided that my deer need more friends 8c

My current deer are...

Taliene; very friendly and willing to spend time with anyone. She's very protective of fawns, and will never tell a deer to go away unless they're threatening her/others, or she's very upset. Luckily, it takes a lot to make her that sad c: Taliene wears the Real Deer Mask, Light Real Deer Pelt and Doe Antlers but might be seen with a different mask or antlers. She shares a pictogram with Rutilus, but they're easily identifiable by choice of set. Taliene tends to hang out in the First Forest, mostly by the Pond.

Rutilus; also friendly and accepting, but he's very protective and will not hesitate to fight for himself and others. He does not, however, usually fight does, because he's biased like that xD He's quite flirtatious but has toned down a bit, and enjoys any company he can get. Might be a little less tolerant of fawns, but a few friends of his have toned that down too c: Rutilus wears the Real Deer Mask, Golden Butterfly Pelt and Normal Antlers with Poppies (roses). As said, shares a pictogram with Taliene. He's mostly in the Birch Forest, or wherever his friends are.

Lorak; antisocial and suffers from depression, but his depression has lightened. He can be difficult to befriend because he's quite paranoid and selfish and tends to push others away, but just keep trying 8D; When provoked, he'll either walk away or fight. He likes company, but can't tolerate large groups. Lorak wears the Beluga Pelt, Key Antlers and Orca Mask. He is cursed with a connection to the spiritual world, and if he dies, he will come back after a period of time. It's very complicated. Lorak is almost always found around the Ruins, and almost never goes to the Birch Forest.

:.{In The Snow, She Calls For Him...}.:

She was shivering as she walked, through the deep snow and harsh wind. Her mask slipped away, the blue ribbon untying, and she could not even try to go back and seize it. Hazel eyes strained to see past the white, hurling snowflakes, and failed. A frightened cry escaped the doe.
"Where is he?"
She continued to walk, force herself through the freezing powdery snow, tears running down her face. "Jared!" She called, crying and begging him to come to her. "Jared! Where are you?"
Taliene collapsed in the Oak, welcoming its warmth and security. The humming of the old tree intensified, lulling the shivering doe into a peaceful sleep...

:.{Sparkling Mistletoe}.:

[=10]They were stood, face to face, gazes locked together, and Jareth was still holding her shoulders. He dropped his arms back to his sides and stepped back, eyes wide in shock at what he'd done. Chime's eyes, brown and red blended together, were wide too, her mouth falling half-open in surprise and confusion.
"Jareth, what's wrong?" She gazed at him pleadingly, begging for an answer, a reason as to why the king was being so cold and emotionless and unfeeling. He whipped around, and before he had any idea of what he was doing and what the consequences could be, his gloved hands were gripping her shoulders and pulling her to him, almost crushing her to his chest as his mouth locked onto hers. But despite the ferociousity with which he held her, the kiss was gentle and chaste and sweet and there was emotion in there, raw emotion that he'd been keeping back for longer than he'd thought. And then he pulled back, shaking.
He couldn't hold his gaze; mismatched pupils darted away and fixed on a leaf twirling near Chime. It was a...mistletoe leaf? He stared for a moment, fully aware that Chime was still staring at him in disbelief. The leaf was indeed a mistletoe leaf as were the others, and they were sparkling.
Well, wasn't that a nice piece of symbolism right there.
"Jareth, wh..." The golden-brown haired woman started, but stopped, apparently unable to form the right words. The king turned his head slowly to look at her, dreading what was to come and knowing what it would be.
You have no power over me you have no power over me
"Jareth, what...what was that?" Her voice was trembling, as were her hands, but it was barely noticeable. It was sick, that he knew her, the way she spoke and moved, so well. "What..."
He inhaled slowly, letting out his breath in a long, drawn-out sigh. He tried to turn his heart to stone, to wrap it in ice, and never let her touch it, never again. But his attempts were futile, and he knew it. He knew it all too well.
