I am new in The Endless Forest, but I managed to notice that it won't be possible to get some masks, antlers or ointment generally speaking. Whether it is possible still to get skullmask?

today was my first day on this game. i was a fawn and i have already learned how to communicate. i am a fast learner and i have found seven players with the same symbol as me. i have learned a lot from the other players. i cant wait to grow up and have the pelts and antlers and masks be permanent. but i do wish i could have this thing to track friends.
