Important: If Turk feeds on a deer it is the choice of that player to make that damage 'canon'. If you do not wish to acknowledge damage done by Turk to your deer, you can simply pretend he has just sat beside your deer. You are under no obligation! Turk

Gender: male
Species: turkey vulture
Age: adolescent

Turk is an inquisitive and rather dim buzzard. Like his fellow posse, he delights in harvesting carrion from The Forest. His personal favorites are eyes and kidneys. That being said Turk will eat just about anything once; pine-cones, fish, leaves, sticks, rocks. You name it, Turk has tried to fit it down his gullet.

It was in fact this ill-advised appetite that led to his arrival into The Forest in the first place...



Recently...
Currently: Fed on frogs and after watching some deer, tried his first pine-cone.

Thoughts: CH-a...mmm!


Behavior...
-Circles those he is interested in.
-Will stick with large vultures for protection.
-Is easily driven away but often returns to these scenes later.
-Sitting inside a tree means Turk has flown up into the high branches and is safe.
-After a large meal he will be lethargic and lazy.
-Flapping/standing with his beak inside a sleeping deer means Turk is feeding.
-Tends to contract words when excited or scared, often makes up his own names for things.

Awesome xD What a character

Awesome xD What a character to bring to the forest! There are tons of turkey vultures around PA, they're such strange birds xD oddly pretty too, and its fun to watch them fly... a lot of people mistake them for eagles. Very cool so far Laughing out loud

Thanks guys.
For anyone interested in trying to interact with Turk, he's currently in The Forest. Smiling
