A photo-editing app on my phone called Aviary ;; I like it a lot, but like I said I can't do any super-fancy/more professional edits on it. I know there's GIMP and other photo-uploading sites that have editing features but I haven't found a really awesome one yet.
It's the closest to photoshop I've ever found and it's free and it's web-based so it doesn't eat up your computer's harddrive. I don't really use it since I have PS |D BUT it's made by Autodesk, which is the company that makes my 3D software, so it's reliable and well-made ^^
