Spelldata, Help please!

So I've been sent some spelldata from Mikuru (thanks again) and I'm sitll not quite sure how to make it work.
I've tried creating folders, opening it with Spelldata, saving and restoring many different sets and still no luck.

On my computer I'm using Windows Vista/Windows xp or something...I'm not sure. But It's not Windows 7.
I have been trying to move the spelldata all morning and everytime I log into the forest I'm still just a 'naked' deer. D:
There was a read-me but it's just very confusing and I can't find any of the files people mention to me to look at.
Is it even possible to use Spelldata on my type of computer? =/ the make is fairly new.

If it isn't would someone be able to cast the Zombie set on me somehow? ^^;

(Been trying this for two days now, it just will NOT paste. )

Sorry If I sound like a whining brat or something it's just that.
Every time I post something most of the time people just ingore it. It's kind of frustrating when I've spent ages writing something then It just gets ignored.
I don't mean to like...try and get everyone to read my posts or force you to. I just felt like saying this.
I'm not planning to leave or anything because of this, I love TEF. Everyone usually seems friendly and I love reading all the poetry and looking at the art and stuff.

Okay.
I'm not sure where to start.

I love TEF so much it's not even funny. So much that it's all I want to do and thus spend as much time on it as I can. But my parents really don't like that I'm avoiding social contact to be here, and so they've heavily restricted my time not only on TEF but on the whole computer. I can't draw or do anything past a single hour.
I can't do ANYTHING in an hour.
I hate to sound like a spoiled brat, but I find it not only really unfair to me, but also for you - for those of you I'm roleplaying with, playing offspring/foster parent with, or interacting regularly so my charries aren't social outcasts.
And I think that's horrible.
So...
I'm leaving TEF.

You might find me on dA, but I'm not that active there anymore. I can't really be active anywhere with only an hour per day.
