I'm not having good luck on finding my pictogram? I'm trying to get it, but when I use that url to view it it doesn't come up. I know this is probably normal I'm just curious as to why it's happening.
Hmm. Maybe it didn't register right?? That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe check your registration E-mail for any clues? Otherwise I would ask M&A about it.
I tried capitalizing the letter in the link, and that didn't work. Maybe it's their game version? I dunno.

They have indeed logged in.
I as an older player have made sure they have Logged in, used the link in their Email, and everything else a beginning player should do.
