Help! I cannot find the "save deer appearance" on my menu, help?? (I am an adult deer and cant seem to save my appearance?)

Would anyone be able to help me get the swan pelt? It'd be greatly appreciated! I currently have the skull mask, zombie pelt and candle antlers, and I'm by the old oak. c:
