May 21st, 2013:
Played around by the pond. Found a very pretty white deer to play with (Rumia). They are pretty they must be nice right? Eventually settled down next to them to sleep. Went to greet Herla and Gehirn when they arrived at the pond. Confused why God Mother Herla is looking so fat. Played around with some other fawns, splashed in the water, played in the mud, tried to capture dragon flies. Daddy came to watch over her while she played. Spotted something very pretty sitting on a lily pad in the water (Eglantine). It was small like a fawn but not a fawn and it had wings like a dragon fly. Could not get to it, wanted to play. The pretty thing fell into the pond and got wet, it seemed to flutter about but finally got on the land again. Tried to help it but afraid to break it at first. It was so pretty, careful not to break it jumped through the air as it flew through the air on her pretty transparent wings. Led it to a flower patch to take a nap next to Daddy.
Woke up to investigate a horse-like creature that was sleeping nearby (Syongery), she was unsure at first after the horse incident last night when she’d thought one was Thais and found instead she was surrounded by a herd of horses and she’d run away to find the real Thais. But this horse seemed nice and played with her. Then Lem arrived and they had a spar, Prita wishing she would have big horns someday too.
Fell asleep again for a long time, and when she woke up, she was curled up with her sister Daae. Got up to eat some grass and flowers nearby until sister woke up too and then they ran around playing, chasing butterflies and giggling like crazy. Sister time was suddenly shattered though when a huge ugly monster (Kaars) with a mouthful of teeth came charging at them, frantically tried to run away, calling out in distress several times, didn’t run full out though, kept trying to get back to her sister, didn’t want to leave Daae behind. Lost her several times. Managed to dodge the creature but had several close calls, hearing jaws snap right past her ears. Never been more frightened in her life. Protectors arrived almost immediately. Thais first, followed by Lee’s friends, Lats and Fletcher. Then Gehirn. They attacked and chased the big monster until it went away. Hid under Thais with her sister. Tried to be a big girl and thank the big stags for helping her and her sister but was very scared still and shook up, clung to Daae and wouldn’t leave Thais. Followed the burgundy doe along with her sister, she took them to the home of Gehirn and Herla in the birch, felt safer there huddled with everybody and watched big Gehirn stand on guard, pacing around the home. When her father arrived, ran to him and buried her face in his fur.
May 18th, 2013:
Several days ago, went with Lohtu and Ephire to get the prized lotus blossom from the pond. The one guarded by Neath. Brought all their collected dead animals to feed him, managing to convince the crocodile to give them the Lotus in exchange for the meat. Was pretty afraid to be that close to the crocodile but emboldened by the large raven stag’s presence. Ephire told them they should keep the flower in the water until they could give it to Verve.
Today found Leto at the pond, curled up next to him until Lohtu approached. Together the two fawns decided it was time to bring the flower to Verve. Prita was nervous about this, had been afraid to go see Verve all this time, afraid of the sad and worried faces of the adults and the unmoving form of Verve. With Lohtu they brought the blossom to Verve. Gehirn, Herla, Ramsus, Isiel, Ciel, Johan and Thais where also there. Found out from Gehirn that Verve she couldn’t see very well still but was so happy to see that Verve could actually get up and walk to them. Confused when she said she was sorry if she had hurt them. Tentatively presented the flower, still feeling very nervous and hesitant, wanted to go curl up with her God Sister but remained somehow afraid she might hurt her, kept looking at her seeing the wounds though they had largely healed. Got really upset when Lohtu ran off crying and Verve tried to follow him, falling heavily to the ground, so Gehirn and Herla had to come help her. Shocked and dismayed to see the doe she’d always thought so strong, so hurt and injured. Worried for Lohtu too, didn’t know what to do. Herla told her to sit with Verve and she’d go find Lohtu. Did as her God Mother said, finally curling up with Verve, still worried she would somehow do or say something wrong but wanting to be close to her God Sister.
May 12th, 2013:
Awoke next to Leto in a sun spot in the old forest. Snuggled into her God Brother. After a while joined by Gehirn and Aurora. Started to get fidgety. Went to inspect the pond, the Lotus blossom forever floating serenely so out of reach upon its surface. Went to go look for some kids to play with. Didn’t find any but did find the corpse of some sort of monster deer. Wow, motherload! Of course it was far too large for her to move on her own, so dragged off a leg. It was very hard work and took her a long time. That was a heavy leg. Finally got it back to Verve’s tree and shoved it in there with the rest of the rotten meat. Chased some lizards she found scurrying around the playground rocks, trying to catch them. Wasn’t very good at it though, just ended up with a bunch of tails. Ooops. Oh well, tossed those into Verve’s tree too. Look at all this stuff they had to feed Neath! They’d get that flower for sure now. Very proud. Went back to find Leto, Gehirn and Aurora. They didn’t seem to appreciate her smell for some reason. Leto led her off to the Crying Idol and shoved her into the river insisting on a bath. Squirmed and fought but got scrubbed with some of Herla’s soap she always left there. Grumbled the whole time. In the end was once again a clean and shiny fawn, flopped down in the sand with Leto to dry.
May 9th, 2013:
Has been collecting dead things at every chance and shoving them into Verve’s tree. The smellier the better. Noticed the large black and white beetle she put in there was gone. Did it fly away? Maybe she should find more. Still worried about Verve but amazingly upbeat having these ongoing tasks to distract her. Can smell that Lohtu has been around the tree but keeps missing him (dumb time zones and dumb player having to go to stupid work all the time, bah! ) Biding her time until she can go with Ephire and Lohtu to capture the Lotus from the pond so they can give it to Verve.
Found Johan and Thais. Tried to entertain them with some antics but they both seemed sad. Everything is too serious and awful. Doesn’t know how to deal with that. Ran off to look for dead things and insects and play by herself. After a while, Johan came and found her. Got him to play with a tulip with her, batting it around and head butting it. Tired, was content to curl up with him and sleep.
May 5th, 2013:
Wandered in the birch looking for familiar faces, scented Verve, God Mother Herla and Gehirn, went to go see them but then balked at the smell of blood. She stood uncertainly looking up the hill, a bit scared at the overpowering smell. Gehirn came forward to meet her and insisted she follow him. Away from Verve, did as she was told but caught a glimpse of the tall doe in a heap with God Mother Herla sitting at her head. Was something wrong with Verve? Gehirn led her through the forest, Prita bursting with questions but the stag didn’t seem in the mood to give answers. He was directing her to two deer she didn’t know (Ourania and Cry Baby) and Prita became insecure not knowing the deer at all but wanting to do as she was told. Ephire arrived and offered to take charge of Prita, Gehirn seemed relieved and left again, back toward Verve. Had she done something wrong? What was going on?
Ephire took her to Verve’s tree, it was odd going there when the tall doe was absent. Ephire told her that Verve was very badly hurt and needed to sleep. That she’d have to wait until later to see her. Stunned by this news. Crawled into the tree and curled up with Lohtu who was also in their crying it seemed. Stayed curled up with the other fawn upset and not knowing what to do. What could babies do to help? Not much. Started talking with Lohtu though, they wanted to do something. Perhaps they could give Verve something that would help her and let her know how much they loved her. A flower perhaps? They tried to think of the best flower. Prita told of the beautiful flower that floated on the pond. It would be perfect. But a crocodile slept underneath it. Lohtu agreed that this was the most special flower in the forest and they had to get it for Verve.
Waited until Ephire fell asleep then bolted with her friend toward the pond, intent on their mission. Prita had always thought she was pretty fast, but that raven stag caught them with no trouble, catching on pretty quick what they had intended to do to. He asked how they had thought they would be able to get that flower? Divulged their plan, they would swim out and get it? He didn’t seem impressed. Lohtu said he didn’t need to breath, he could swim out to get it, Prita said she could distract the croc by throwing rocks at it. He didn’t like this plan either. Began to get discouraged. He was just going to stop them. But he suggested they find something dead to feed the croc, distract him that way. Then they could more easily get the flower. Raced off with them, Lohtu leading them to where he found some dead birds. He found two. She found one. Ephire found a smelly dead rabbit. Was totally happy about it. Ephire suggested they wait though, if they picked the flower too soon it would wilt before Verve could wake up. So packed up their dead smelly things and shoved them into Verve’s tree. The two fawns shoving themselves happily in as well. Verve would wake up and they would give these smelly dead things to Neath so they could get the flower to bring back to her. They had saved the world. Fell asleep heroes.
May 3rd 2013:
Found her sister sleeping alone in a sunspot, quickly went to join her, becoming concerned when she realized she was shivering and didn’t seem well. Didn’t know what to do, was going to go find an adult when Umay arrived with Rojan. Oh good a grown up, she’d know what to do! Sat curled up with her sister while Umay and Rojan sat nearby.
Today wandered to the drinkplatts playing in the fountain a while before she noticed Verve and Lohtu. Ran over to see them. Thought it was a bit weird that Verve was sleeping so far from her crafting tree. Her god sister seemed off. Maybe she was sick like sister? Nuzzled the doe and the fawn. Went to go see if her beetle was still around, the giant goliath beetle was still crawling around inside Verve’s tree. Pleased to see it. Laid some grass in there for it. Didn’t know if it liked grass or not but she did so figured it might work. Went back to squeeze between Lohtu and Verve. I bit worried but trusting on the adults around her to deal with things.

Spotted the crocodile in the forest, amazed to see him out of the pond, had never been able to see all of him before. Stalked him while he stalked two other deer she didn’t know. Didn’t pay much attention, all her focus on the amazing crocodile. Got closer and closer. Intercepted by Pandora who tried to lead her away. But the crocodile, I want to watch it! Followed the black doe when she insisted though and sat with her and the pig that was friends with Lee. Sulked a bit but didn’t want to be disobedient. When the crocodile walked past and slithered into the pond, could resist however and followed to peer down at him from the far side of the pond. It wasn’t long before Pandora arrived again. Laughed and was amused when they both reared and taunted at the crocodile below. Pandora didn’t want her to stay there if seemed though and they went to Aurora on the high end of the pond. The pie-bald didn’t want her standing too close to the edge either. Sat between the two does, mollified by the fact she could still keep an eye on the crocodile from this vantage point.
April 22nd, 2013:
Found Lohtu at the pond with a strange doe she hadn’t met before (Zahava). Who happened to have very sharp looking teeth. Lohtu didn’t seem bothered though, even when the other doe seemed to play a little rough, nipping and biting. So played too. Spotted Verve observing from a distance and ran up to her straight off. Always seeming to forget to keep her distance. Verve came with her back to the pond, seemed like she was a bit wary of the doe with sharp teeth, though Prita remained mostly oblivious to this. Played with the group, splashing in the pond. Suddenly Daddy was there and he seemed angry. As usual. He didn’t like the sharp toothed doe and she was sure he’d be mad Verve was there too. Ran to hide in some reeds, afraid she’d be in trouble now. Tenatively asked her father if she could go play with Lohtu and Verve when he came and sat down a small distance from her. He grumpily told her she could do what she wanted, she didn’t listen to him anyways. Quite crushed by that statement. Tries very hard to listen and do as she’s told. Did go play with Verve and Lohtu, Verve telling her they’d stay close so Morikiah could see them.
Eventually settled with Lohtu and Verve on the shore, avoiding her father’s grumpy gaze. Not long later joined by her sister Daae and her mother, Djinn. Thais joined as well. Slept in a fawn pile, quite content in the moment. Awoke to a commotion at the pond. The giant crocodile was there now it seemed, got up pretty hurredly and ran up shore to the edge of the forest, not so much afraid of the crocodile, but afraid her father would get mad at Verve because of it. Called to Lohtu who had stayed down there sleeping, better get up here quick before you get eaten! The undead fawn joined them soon enough. Snuggled with Thais and Lohtu with Verve and slept a long while again.
Remained with her father when everyone else had to go. Moved about the forest finding other kids to play with some she knew and some she didn’t, her father always keeping a watch out. Found a group near Lee, greeted the adults there that she knew, Fletcher and Pandora, but mostly played with the fawns. Wandered off to sleep in some ferns. Awoke to Pandora walking past her, she looked hurt. Followed the doe with the intention of keeping her company…until Castillion arrived and seemed frantic to get her away? Then the giant pig that was friends with Lee came up and tried to drive Pandora away too? Confused and dismayed by this, they pushed Pandora around and all seemed angry. Felt like things where her fault so ran away into the birch, upset and confused.
Sat with Castillion and Pica near the drinkplatts, her father arriving after a while. Went to go sit with him when he asked her too. Then Sight started to get real sleepy and doesn’t remember much but Morikiah apparently told his daughter she could spend time with Verve again. And also gave Prita the nickname of “bug.” The end, Sight passed out.
April 21st, 2013:
Found her father at the ruins. Ramsus was there too. And two does crammed into Prita’s clubhouse. Didn’t dare complain though, all the adults seemed very tense and unhappy. Didn’t like it and didn’t want to get in the way. Wandered off. No one seemed to notice. Took the opportunity to inspect the pond for signs of Crocodile. Didn’t find any. Wandered the forest some more, looking for something to occupy herself. Dug in the dirt, made mud pies. Found a large beetle. Played with it a while before remembering how much Verve liked bugs. Wasn’t supposed to go around Verve anymore but really wanted to give her the bug, picked it up very gently so as not to break it and set out for Verve’s crafting tree. The doe wasn’t there, climbed in carefully and set the beetle inside. Fell asleep for a while in there before waking and wandering again. Found the tree where Thais slept, bits of her hair and feathers about. Sniffed at them but the doe was gone too. Started to feel lonely. Curled up in the poppies behind the Crying Idol alone listening to the flow of the tears, wishing for company but at the same time trying to hide. Awoke to Castillion curled up with her. Felt less lonely and glad to be found.
April 16th, 2013:
Found God Father Kody sleeping by the river, curled up with him. Surprised when a mini deer joined them, didn’t recognize him at first. Realized it was Kenai. Wow, everyone grew so much faster than her. Sort of made her resentful toward him, but quickly remembered she’d promised to help take care of him so acted polite. He disappeared shortly later. Fell asleep next to Kody.
Awoke on the bank to Verve gently prodding her and asking her if she was alright. Sure she was, Kody is right here….oh wait he’s gone. Oh. Didn’t want Verve to go, but didn’t want her God Sister to get yelled at by her father. Didn’t know what to do. Verve suggested she take her to God Mother Herla and Gehirn and Verve would just happen to stay too. Yay! Verf so smart. Brilliant plan, followed the tall doe but forgot to keep her distance from Verve and curled up with her. Talked about some things, felt more cheerful in the end. Until her father showed up. Uh-oh. Busted. He made her come with him. Spent the rest of the day locked in Castle Morikiah, pouting.
April 15th, 2013:
Had a blast playing with a bunch of kids. Her sister, Leiva, Lohtu, Rojan and a couple mini fawns she hadn’t met before. Watched over by her father and Verve. Interest sharply diverted though when she caught a glimpse of a crocodile slipping into the pond. Bolted toward the bridge, leaning over the edge trying to get a better look at the object of her fascination. But then to her dismay all the other kids followed her. Stupid babies! Verve made her come back to the group, they couldn’t go crocodile spying with so many other kids to look after. Deeply disgruntled by this. Thinks she’s pretty grown up right now though deep down she knows very well she is not.
Bid her time, waiting for all the children to go to sleep then whispered to Verve if it was okay now to go see the crocodile. She agreed and they went down to the shore. The big green scaley thing came toward them a little bit but not all the way, she stood between Verve’s legs and gawked, thought it was probably the most amazing thing she’d ever seen. Look at all those sharp teeth! And look at those long claws. Verve was telling her they should go back then but suddenly Daddy was there. And he was very mad, started shouting at Verve. Cried that it wasn’t Verve’s fault but he wouldn’t listen to her. Felt her whole world was crumbling apart when Daddy told Verve to stay away from his daughter. Followed her father crushed and bawling. Didn’t know if she liked crocodiles anymore. Wished she could be a grown up doe now.

Followed her father to a flower patch, sat as far away from him in the flower patch as possible, clinging to a log and sobbing silently. Lohtu arrived and hugged her curling up close, said he had come with hugs from Auntie. Cried more. After a while her father tried to talk with her some more. He was less angry now and told her he had been very afraid for her and that’s why he’d gotten so mad at Verve. Tried to explain again that Mommy had told her she could see the crocodile as long as she got an adult to go with her. Daddy said she and Verve should have asked him though. Still thinks everything is her fault despite what her father said, determined to try and be as good as possible so that he’ll let her see her God Sister again.

April 12th, 2013:
The previous day played around with Verve, dragging the tall doe all over the forest playing games. Looked for crocodile at the pond, didn’t find any so pretended the log was one, and it was her pet and she could ride it. Swam around in the slimy pond water, splashing Verve until they were both poopy brown. Yay! Verve taught her how to jump off the bridge into the river. Thought this was very fun, shouted “Goodbye cruel world!”giggling each time she jumped. Started to get cold though, it was warmer out but the chill was starting to set in finally. Went to clean off at the Crying Idol then curled up with Verve tired out. When Verve had to go, her father had arrived, curled up with him.
The next day found Rojan sleeping next to his sister, Jahi, whom she hadn’t seen since she was a newborn. Slightly disappointed that they both seemed to be larger than her still, she’d grown so much! But so had they apparently. Humph. Curled up with them until Aurora and Umay came over. Greeted them and tried to play but quickly realized something was wrong, the adults where very serious and quiet so stood quietly herself trying not to disturb anybody or make them mad at her. Aurora told her they should go, said goodbye to the family and followed Aurora to God Mother Herla, hunkering down again, making herself small and quiet in case she was in trouble. The adults talked and she listened, learning that Rojan and Jahi’s father had died. Didn’t know their father but was a bit stunned by the news. She’d never heard of anybody’s father dying before. That could happen? Daddy’s could die? Not sure how to handle that news. Burrowed into her father’s fur when he arrived, quiet and not sure how to handle this new reality.

April 9th, 2013:
The previous evening wandered the forest looking for a play mate. Avoided adults, didn’t want to risk any of them telling her what to do so looked for another kid like her. Found Castillion. He was with a bunch of adults, including Henna and Jokerman and some others she didn’t know. But he got up to play with her. Goofed around with him, still the cool older kid she remembered. Joined him in harassing Jokerman…she didn’t seem too happy with them. Let the kudu doe alone and curled up with Casti. Woke up to him acting afraid of a stag that had come over. He wanted her to be still and quiet so they wouldn’t attract attention. Oh well if that guy is bad and scary, let’s run away? Seemed the sensible thing to her. So led him off and found Ramsus and Isiel. Then Sight had to go to coma land and went to sleep.
Woke up in the morning and found Lohtu sleeping near the blue bowl. Curled up with him. Woke up having experienced a sudden growth spurt. Yay! She was a big fawn now. All those leg stretches had finally payed off! Ran around ecstatic playing with Lohtu. Bounced around excitedly when Verve showed up. Look I’m a big kid now!
Went to the Crying Idol with Verve and Lohtu, played around there for a long time, Verve keeping an eye on her. Played with Talla when she came over. Started a bit of mischief when she went to curiously sniff a big skullie stag. It wouldn’t leave Prita and Talla alone after that and Verve had to chase him off twice. Didn’t understand why Talla kept running away from Verve though. Verve was helping them? Let the little doe run off, stayed with Verve and Lohtu. Jumped all around Leto when he arrived being sure to show him how long her legs where too.
Later went to sleep in her cubby at the ruins. Awoke to the sound of familiar voices outside, peeked out to see Johan, her father, a stag she didn’t know (Ezra) and…Thais! Came out, moved closer but kept her distance, suddenly shy. Maybe Thais had forgotten about her? But when the doe caught her eye she said hello so Prita came forward still feeling shy. Thais told her she had grown, proudly showed her long legs off. Asked Thais why she had left, she had missed her. Thais said she’d been sick and had to go away to get better. Told her next time she got sick she’d take her to her God Mother, she could fix anything. Went and retrieved the does mask back for, telling her she’d kept it safe for her all this time because she knew it was important. Beamed when Thais thanked her and put it on. Sat with the doe a long time along with Johan until Ramsus arrived. He didn’t seem to like the stag (Ezra) who had sat at a distance the entire time. Thais rose and said good bye, leading the stag away. Prita hoped she’d see her friend again.
April 8th, 2013:
Woke up on the edge of the birch, stood around a while but not long before her mother and father came and found her. Delighted to see them, played a bit then fell asleep between them. Aurora arrived, went with the doe to play in the river a bit, was very nice with the warmer temperatures. Ran around with her father when she finally saw one of the giant tulips. Wow! Daddy said he'd get one for her. Dang these were the most ginormous flowers she'd ever seen, Sister would be so jealous. Followed him around to a few different ones, finally choosing one of more modest size. He dug it up and Prita proudly dragged it through the forest back to her mother and Aurora.
March 14th, 2013:
The previous day, awoke in a flower patch Thais watching over her. Snuggled into the wine pelted doe, noticing later that her father had showed up. Felt better knowing he was around. He would keep them safe. Curled up with her father when Thais had to leave.
Today snuck off to the pond on her crocodile hunt. Hide in the bushes trying to be a ninja baby, thinking that if she hid, the crocodile would be more likely to show up. Didn’t find a crocodile but did find a wooden mask. Soon realized it wasn’t just any mask but the one that belonged to Thais. Prita had never seen the doe not wearing it, wasn’t that weird the nice doe had left it here then? Where was she now? Picking up the mask, she began looking around for her friend. She’d want this back for sure. She couldn’t find her though so took the mask to hide it in the cubby at the ruins where she hid her “dolly.” What if Thais had been bitten by a crocodile, Prita later thought? Everything was the fault of crocodiles these days in Prita’s mind. She wondered what she should do. Tell an adult! That's what Daddy always told her to do.
March 11th, 2013:
Scented Kenai nearby, ran to check on the fawn, she’d promised her mother she’d look out for him so she was going to be a good girl and follow her promise. To her dismay, found the baby with the bad man that had harassed her and Thais a few days previous. Frantic and terrified tried to get the baby away from him, yelled at the big stag and taunted at him, utterly terrified but determined to protect Kenai.
The big stag persisted in trying to get to Kenai and Prita, Prita extremely frightened of him, having no way of course to know he was actually Kenai’s father. The big stag really didn’t do much to make Prita unafraid either, circling and sniffing, persisting in getting close despite Prita’s desperate attempts to keep him away from herself and Kenai.
Finally Aurora arrived on the scene, quickly intervening, shielding her and trying to smooth things over with the stag. Prita was still immensely distressed that Kenai went to the stag but more than willing to let an adult handle the situation now. Watched the stag suspiciously from behind the caribou doe. Aurora tried to console Prita and managed to get her a lot calmer by the time her own father arrived too. Spoke to her father after Aurora had to leave, Verve coming over too, Prita still watching the “mean” stag and Kenai. The fawn did seem to like Neiro and he seemed to be protecting the fawn. Prita still strongly disliked him though and did not trust him. Spoke to her father and to Verve, her father telling her she should probably stay away from the stag and from Kenai too if he was with him. Prita was concerned that she’d be breaking her promise to her mother but her father told her she was too young for that responsibility, she should stay away from them and come tell an adult if she was worried or scared. Verve spoke to her too, telling her it was alright if she didn’t like someone, could still be nice to someone without liking them. That came as a bit of a revelation to Prita. Felt much better and less burdened by the onus of responsibility after the conversations.
March 10th, 2013:
Woke up near Verve’s tree. Didn’t smell any of her family about. Peered inside the cubby, considered climbing inside to hide, still feeling pretty withdrawn, but then noticed Verve and Ephire down by Epire’s home trees. Her desire for comfort and company won out. Squeezed in to hide between them as they slept. After a while Verve told her she didn’t seem to be feeling well, asked her what was wrong? Told her she’d been bad, had made Mommy and Daddy fight when she’d asked if the new baby her mother had, was her brother. Verve tried to reassure her that she wasn’t a bad fawn, that her parents still loved her. Wants to believe the doe but still very upset about her parents shouting at one another in front of her and wonders if they will ever be back together. Lots of burdens on a little child. Momentarily distracted when Verve reached out to stroke her head…with her hand. Made the assumption her foot looked that way because it had been injured by stepping on the pinecone. Wondered if they should get Godmother Herla to get some medicine for Verve. Reassured by Ephire and Verve that it was alright. Still worried for the doe, but told her it was okay if it looked like that, she was still beautiful. Asked Verve if she could help her make necklaces for her family to try and help them to all feel better. The two adults did a good job distracting the child, discussing what to make. Nothing but time and better family relations will truly heal the fawn’s hurt but she felt momentarily heartened.
March 9th, 2013:
Went to check the pond in the morning for signs of crocodiles. Didn’t find any. Darn. Was found by Mother, who led her to Father. Not long later joined by her sister as well. Frolicked with Daae, eventually settling down with her twin in between her parents. Djinn had to go. Asked her father if Daae was her sister then was the new baby that Mommy had her brother? Became worried and upset when her father seemed to get very angry, questioning her about this new baby, when did this happen and was there a stag with Djinn when it happened? Uh, Prita had no idea how to answer. Tried to disappear hiding her face in her sleeping twin when Djinn returned and her parents began to argue. Felt that it was her fault and that they were mad at her, she tried to promise to be good and to help look after the new baby. Father left very angry. Prita cried into her twin, very upset about the whole thing. Djinn tried to reassure her that everything would be okay and that nothing was Prita’s fault. Wanted to believe her but was very uncertain of herself. Thinks to make necklaces for Daddy and Sister too, to try and make everyone happy again. Very sullen and uncommunicative when Aurora came to visit them, just hid her face in her sister. Awoke some time later alone. Paced about, not wanting to be alone but unwilling to call out. Considered cramming into a tree and hiding. Was found by Verve, followed the tall doe to sleep between her and the Ephire. Didn’t say anything, not really able to talk, feeling emotions she doesn’t know how to deal with, sadness, anger, resentment and worry. Feels bad for being angry. Thinks she must be a bad fawn.
March 8th, 2013:
Has been looking for crocodiles since last week. Really keen to see one. Been checking the pond every day. Still no sight of one. Wandered around until she found Thais and Lohtu sleeping near the blue bowl. Laid down with them until Lohtu woke up, played with the other fawn and watched a dancing line of deer near the Crying Idol with him. Ran to Verve when she spied the tall doe arriving. Then not longer, her sister arrived! Extremely ecstatic to see her twin! Played with her a good while before laying down for a long nap. (player had to go to work!)
Awoke to find Verve and Lohtu next to her. Lohtu poofed shortly there after, ran around with Verve at the river, slipping around on the shore and slathering herself in mud. Wheee! Suddenly Daddy arrived! Ran to him excited, hadn’t seen him in a while either. Then mother arrived, then Aurora. Very happy! Oh but Verve left, watched the tall doe go. Aww. Played with her family though, happy to see her parents. When they settled down, she sat with them, then realized she could see the pond in the distance…AND SHE SAW A CROCODILE. Finally, a crocodile! And she was locked down in a battle fort. Asghksgh! OMG, wanted to go get a closer look at it so badly. The three adults watched her closely. Tried to sneak off a few times, adults jumped up keeping her reined in. Oh man, baby angst. Didn’t want to go leap in the crocs mouth or anything but wanted to…poke it with a stick maybe? At least get a better look. Gave up eventually though and fell back asleep with her parents.
March 5th, 2013:
Attracted to a group of fawns at the pond, played with them in the morning until Verve found her. Ran to her aunt excited. They bounced around, settling in various places in the old forest. Went to inspect a fawn that was sitting nearby with a doe (Alice). Soon got the fawn to play with her. The fawn left so Prita wandered off from the adults looking for another playmate, Verve followed at a distance watching her. Found a strange deer resting in a sun spot, tried to stalk him but then Alice and Astrale and Verve where right behind her. How can a baby get her stalking on with so much adult supervision? That is the question. Gave up her stalking when her target ran off into the birch. Oh well. Went with Verve to the pond, ran to see if she could find a crocodile, alas there was none. And the water was too cold anyways. Verve helped dry her off, fell asleep next to the doe in the sun.
When Verve had to go, ran to where she smelled Thais nearby. Stopped though when she got close, there was a very large stag with her (Neiro) and Thais looked scared of him. Prita became frightened for Thais and wanted to help her but she was just a baby what could she do? Ducked behind a tree and hid in some ferns, worried. Thais came to her later and she snuggled into the wine colored doe. Got frightened when the big stag came back some time later. Very anxious because she could tell Thais was anxious, clung to the does’ leg while the doe tried to stare down the big stag. He was scary, he never bowed, only sniffed and got too close, was very frightened of him. Finally he left, and Prita burrowed into the does’ feathers still shook up.
March 4th, 2013:
Wandered alone only a short time before bumping into Kalma as he exited the Crying Idol with his pretty red pelt. Practiced her karate moves on him he pretended to be suitably scared. Got sleepy and snuggled up with the fluffy red deer in his home. Verve arrived yay! Unfortunately there seemed to be a derp explosion as well. Hid under Kalma while Verve stared them off. Played with Verve, jumped around the river. Noticed Verve wasn’t moving well, she seemed to limp. And she had ‘bandages’ on her front feet. Asked her if she had hurted her foot? She said she had stepped on something but she’d be okay. Immediately made a story in her head that Verve had stepped on a crocodile and that was how she’d hurt her foot. Verve assured her it was only a pine cone. Oh that was far less exciting. Dang. Looking for crocodile’s now though, wants to see one. Verve told her to be careful. Prita wanted to know how big a crocodile was so Verve showed her by stretching out her back and front legs. Oh that’s big! Prita stretched out too. Would she be tall like Verve and have antlers too when she growed up? Verve said maybe she would since her dad was so tall. Very excited about this prospect, stretched her legs more straining to make them grow. Concentrated on it a long time. Pretty sure she had made them grow.
Saw Thais go by towards the Blue Bowl. Looked up to Verve, why weren’t they going to see Thais? Prita wanted to show Thais her long legs. Pulled Verve with her, showed the wine colored doe her long legs. Fell asleep between the two later, unaware of the tensions between the two does. Awoke though to a tall skullie stag (Ezra) that made Verve nervous, so Verve took her away. Bye Thais.
Slept next to the dark doe a long time on the playground rock. The sun made it warm. When Verve had to leave, she took her to where Ramsus and Isiel where sleeping nearby. Said goodbye to Verve. Stared at Ramsus and Isiel. Stared and stared. But they didn’t wake up. Boring! Ran off. Found her Godfather at the pond, he was with Aurora, Solei and a doe she didn’t know (Sonne). Kody and Aurora wanted to sit in the water. Brrr, that’s too cold! Kody came to sit on the shore with her, followed shortly by Aurora. Joined by Talla. Fell asleep again. Awoke Aurora gone but Dampir and a little doe had come to visit. Played with the group, then followed Kody’s lead to find Umay on Dandelion hill. Fell asleep again, player went afk, game crashed. Came back, wandered around, finding Thais, the wine colored feathered doe greeting her. Realized Lieva had followed her. Invited her friend over. When Thais had to go, curled up with Lieva and Fletcher.
February 28th, 2013:
Found Solei with some other fawns and Big Bunny. Only it wasn’t Big Bunny. Suspicious of this. Played with Solei until she realized Thais was nearby, as a crow! Played with Thais who later became a mini doe. Played with Krystal. Played with Faye. Welcomed Lee when she came over, didn’t know her guardian, Fletcher, but quickly warmed up to him. Baby punched the stupid doe that kept pelt spelling mini Thais. Baby punched another deer that Lee was mad at. Taught Lee how to do karate back flips. Went on a mini fawn spree of terror with her. Karate chopped Henna. Ran with Lee to practice their moves on Reed. Baby punched him good. Pretty sure they gave Fletcher 10,000 heart attacks. Fletcher taught Lee and her how to bow. Amazed by this, bowed to anyone and everyone and to rocks and logs. Pretty excited and proud. Tired out from all the baby punching and bowing, curled up with Lee and fell into a baby coma.
February 15th, 2013:
Awoke in the morning alone in the birch where she’d sat with her mom and the new fawn the day before. Sleepily looked around when to her delight, her mother came and found her! Felt very happy and special to get to see her mom and get some attention from her. Mother led her to the Crying Idol, Kalma joined them, played with him and her mother. They went down to the pond and sat together near a willow tree, snuggled next to her mom. Seems mother is still very sad, doesn’t understand why. Noticed a male wolf deer she hadn’t met before, greeted him because mother seemed to know him. He sat a small distance away. Got a little anxious and confused when he sat closer to her mother then eventually ON TOP of her mother. Thought it weird for a male that wasn’t family to do that, what would Daddy think? Wanted to chase him from Mother but just hunkered down and tried to be invisible.
Later awoke in the birch again, Verve coming to find her. Went to join her with Thais, Ephire, Lohtu, Johan and another little fawn she didn’t know (Rossamund?) Verve tried to ask her how she was, politely said she was fine but did blurt out that her mother had a new baby and was very sad. And that she was a big girl and would help take care of the baby. Inside very unsure and insecure about this. Overwhelmed about having to take care of a baby. Verve explained to her that her mother didn’t actually have a baby but it was the baby of a friend. Suggested to Prita they could make something for Prita to give to her mother. Prita was very excited about this, thought that would definetly help her mother to feel less sad. Verve helped her to make a special necklace. Very excited and proud.
Later that night awoke next to her father. Played with Rossamund and another fawn that came over with Thais (Ayashe). Played and played, eventually falling asleep in a fawn pile, with her Father watching over them.
February 14th, 2013:
Awoke next to Verve and Aurora at the tall doe’s crafting tree. Distracted by the forest as it was a beautiful purple color and red petals where falling from the sky. Immediately wondered off, mesmerized by the falling petals. Ended up in a flower patch in the Old Forest watching the fireflies. Verve caught up to her and scolded her for running off on her own without telling anyone. Felt bad but was so distracted by the beautiful sights. Joined by Thais, explored the forest with the two does.
Later awoke and found a Lem Raven who turned into a BIG Lem Raven. Went with the bird to Illrose and a another fawn, played with them. Got some ram antlers, must have been made of Styrofoam because real ones would have been too heavy for her. Shoved the other fawn around with them until Granny Illrose stopped her. What? The other fawn was much bigger, she wasn’t afraid of them! Heard Verve call out, so went to find her, Giant Lem Raven accompanying her. Finally located Verve. She was with Leto. Ran to them happily, played with Verve and climbed on Leto when he sat down, also stared at his ear piercings enviously. Went to sleep under the giant Lem Raven. Awoke to Lem Raven gone and Verve curled around her. Got up to greet Aurora when she arrived. The adults had a discussion, felt confused when Aurora told her to come with her to her mother. Knew Aurora but not that well, also worried perhaps she was in trouble. Her mother had not come to see her in a long time afterall. But did as she was told. Verve told her to go too. Said goodbye to Verve, full of trepidation. She was a good fawn, she didn’t mean to run away to the fireflies? Followed Aurora through the birch to her mother who was with Henna. And a very tiny small fawn.
Her mother told her that this baby had no one and that Prita had to be a big girl and help her look after the baby. Mother was crying and very upset. Had never seen her mother like that, wanted to be a big girl and help her mother but was very scared and upset too, didn’t understand what was going on. Promised her mother she would help take care of the baby. Thinks maybe her mother had a fawn. Gave the baby a kiss. Prita is a big girl and can take care of babies. Inside very scared though. Doesn’t understand why everyone is so upset and crying. Will just try to be quiet and still as possible and not bother anyone. Still thinks she might be in trouble.
Much later awoke alone. Wandered the forest not sure what to do. Was going to go hide in her hidey hole, but was found by her father. Clung to him. He seemed upset too. Curled up with him for the night, desperate for security.
February 12th, 2013:
Awoke alone, wandered through the forest looking for a familiar face. Didn’t find any. Noticed a group gathered at the pond, ran over to them, and jumped around hoping someone would play. They all stared unmoving. How boring! Launched into the pond and played there by herself instead, getting completely coated in pond scum and mud. Big Bunny arrived, played with the rabbit, squeeling in delight. Verve arrived, very happy to see her favorite babysitter. Ran up to her, a mud baby with two green eyes peeking out. Verve played with her a while before leading her to the Crying Idol for a bath. Oh no! Balked at first, but finally relented and let herself be scrubbed, then followed the doe to a sunspot to dry off. Joined by Lohtu. After Verve and Lohtu fell asleep noticed another small fawn like her arrive (Ella). Quickly fell into play with the other little girl then curled up with her new friend in the sun.
February, 10th 2013:
A resilient and naturally happy child, Prita has been uncharacteristically sullen the last week or so due to confusion over her parent’s behavior. Seeing them both in-forest but rarely together, the child does not know who she is supposed to go to, and is often left feeling insecure. Unable to make a decision either way she ultimately ends up trying to find a place to hide. Often found by Verve and/or Thais, unable to vocalize her insecurities due to her young age, but happy to be found and have a sense of being looked after.
Yesterday found Johan, Thais, Verve and Lohtu in a blueberry patch near the Crying Idol. Played with them. Once again, sensing her parents in forest but they didn’t come get her, didn’t complain, never does, doesn’t know how to vocalize how she feels, but grew sullen and withdrawn. Wonders if she is a bad fawn? Cheered when Ephire arrived and Verve taught her how to braid his hair. Put flowers in it like Verve suggested. Exceedingly proud and happy with her accomplishment and look at Ephire, he’s so pretty now!
Delighted with a Thais crow that came to sit with her, like her dolly only alive! Cuddled the crow. Got invaded by some clumsy derps, tried to protect crow Thais who was trying to protect her in return. Followed Ephire when he led the group to his home in the birch to get away from the crowd of unrulies. Cuddled between Verve and Idelle when the piebald doe arrived. Woke up to cuddle a crow Ramsus when he arrived. Loves crows! Ah Idelle didn’t though, she tried to stomp her crow! Hey stop that!
Suddenly saw her father coming down the hill toward her, ran to him excited, he’d come to get her? Cuddled with him for the evening. Loves him very much.
Awoke this morning scenting her parents in two different locations again. Wandered a bit unsure of herself , not knowing where she should go, ultimately withdrew to the clubhouse at the ruins to hide. Found by Verve, who squeezed into the tight hole with her not very easily, curled into the tall doe, happy to be found. Came out to play when Aurora arrived. Jumped into the litter box, sent the sand flying. Got out and rubbed it all over Verve and Aurora, before falling asleep between the two tired out.
Awoken by Verve and led up to the top of Dandelion Hill, where Ramsus and Isiel where sleeping. After a while Morikiah arrived, absolutely thrilled to see her father, and happy that he had come to find her. Cuddled up with him. Ephire arrived and sat by Verve. Fell asleep, awoke a long time later just her and her father. He sniffed her and asked her if she’d been playing in the litter box at the ruins. He took her to get a bath, a bit pouty about that but then had fun on the stream and had to be hauled out by father when she got too cold. Didn’t want to stop playing! But went with him to a sunspot to dry off. Awoke to Thais looking over her and Daddy gone. He came back quickly though, seeming upset about some deer running around fighting. The sight scared Prita, hid between her father and Thais.
After Thais had to leave followed her father back to the stream, there was an injured deer there that father seemed concerned about (Leviathann). Didn’t know what to do, so went to play in the poppies, gathered a few up to give to the deer with the owie before going back to playing. Then father said he needed to visit some friends, followed him happily but when they arrived at the ruins all the deer there seemed sad and unhappy and none of them, not even Ramsus or Isiel would look at her. Stood awkwardly at a distance, wondering what was wrong with everybody, felt sad because they were all sad. Tried to make herself as small and quiet as she could so no one would be mad with her.
Daddy took her away then and played with her at some logs. Cheered by this, fell happily asleep next to him for the evening.
February, 4th 2013:
Yesterday wandered trying to find a familiar face, found Verve and Thais first in the birch. Verve taking her to her family, (All of which I couldn’t see because my pictos didn’t spread all the way >.> ) After restarting TEF, curled up with her mother and father and twin sister. Cuddled into Aurora too, remembering the doe from when the God’s had visited. Stayed with her family most of the day.
Later that evening found a raven, that turned out to be Johan. Oh he was her size! She’d get to be the big kid now and take care of him. Snuggled up with him. Then her father’s friend Gustiro came over. And tried to stomp Johan! Wait, what, don’t do that! Scolded Gustiro then Prita felt bad for scaring Gustiro so kissed him and told him it was alright. Gosh, Prita didn’t know she was that scary! Snuggled with Johan again who was now a buck. She still thought he was one of the coolest big kids she knew.
Today woke up sleeping in a flower patch. Stayed curled under the flowers until her mother came. Sat curled up with Djinn. Went to play on the Ruins after her mother fell asleep. Plays on the ruins a lot when no one is watching. Gets hurts a lot too, always scuffing her knees and falling off ledges. Covers the scrapes with mud so no one sees and tries to stop her playing. She’s pretty sure she’s brilliant. Played in the liter box, having a a great time sending it flying everywhere and making a mess. Noticed a weird skittish deer lurking around the ruins (Mato). Lurked around spying on him back, like Johan had taught her. He seemed afraid of her when he saw her? Hah, enjoyed that, scared him out of the club house when he went in there. That was her’s and Lee’s clubhouse, no boys allowed in there! Checked all her flowers and treasures, they looked fine. Found a dead bird though. Intrigued by it. Tied some ribbons on it and some flowers. Now it was her dolly. The weird deer lurked outside looking upset. She felt a bit bad, he looked so sad. Snuck over to sniff him when he fell asleep, then he jumped up and took the clubhouse back! Ah, that’s not fair! Not much longer though he ran away again when other deer came around. Retook the clubhouse in the name of flowers and girl unity. Cuddled her “doll” and fell asleep. Awoke to Verve sitting next to her. Hid her “doll”, afraid adults might want to take it away from her.
January 31st, 2013:
Spending the last couple weeks largely under the care of Verve and Thais, the two does being the most present in her life of late. Seeing her mother more often too. Last week got to see Leto have his ear pierced, very intrigued by the whole process and jealous of his new dangly beads. Picked up one of his shed feathers adding it to her treasures. Asked her mother if she could have piercings too, Djinn telling her she wasn’t sure and would need to talk it over with her father first. Her mother then told her she would be leaving for a while to go on a trip. Asked if she could come too but was told it might not be safe for babies and she would need to make sure first. Sad about being left behind again, Herla and Gehirn had left as well. Djinn tried to ask her more about this but Prita didn’t know.
Spent most of yesterday with Verve and Thais again and the fawn Lohtu. Has noticed that Verve hasn’t been feeling the best so tries to be a good and quiet so the other can rest. Woke up at one point curled up next to the tall doe and saw a very large blue beast lounging not far off from them. Wasn’t scared though because Verve was there. Got more nervous though when it moved closer then suddenly also a group of rowdy fawns. Prita tried to play with them but they were too rough for her, tucked into Verve’s closet trying to get away from them so Verve led her off. The blue beast following which seemed to upset Verve so Prita was upset too. He did look awfully scary. Let Verve hide her in the rocks where the doe kept her crafting supplies and Herla kept her medicine supplies. Verve had to go so stayed hidden there for a long while but grew bored and cold and got lonely so came out. Blue beast was still nearby. So…ran for it squawking the whole way into the Old Forest. It was no time at all before her calls where heard, Crucio and Joro coming up to see what the matter was. Quickly forgot about being scared and played with them, ultimately curling up and falling asleep for the rest of the night.
Today awoke in a flower patch, sat there sleepily a while when Kody arrived along with a deer she hadn't met before, Dampir. Played and cuddled with her God Father, fell asleep and awoke to him gone. Scented Thais nearby, went to find the doe, Dampir coming with her. Found the masked doe sitting with a stag she didn't know so held back nervously until the doe stood and greeted her. Snuggled up with her a long while, was woken up and brought over to a sleeping Verve, said good bye to Thais who had to go.
January 21st, 2013:
Wandered alone in the morning, settled at Umay’s tree drawn be the familiar smells there. Awoke to Big Bunny snuggled up with her keeping her warm, so fell back asleep. Later found her father cuddled up to her and Umay with her daughter, Solei sleeping not far off. Played with the other fawn who despite being larger than her seemed a little wary of Prita’s attempts to nuzzle and cuddle. Prita didn’t understand that however so every time the other fawn would move over, Prita would just move over closer again. Played with Solei’s brother, Rojan when he arrived too, very happy to have all the other kids to play with. Noticed Verve sitting a ways off and ran through the forest to jump around her and greet her. Happy when the tall doe came back with her to the group. Jumped up to greet Thais when she walked by and greeted her and Verve. A bit sad though when the doe seemed to be going to keep walking by, but oh, she turned around and came back! Snuggled with the doe, pushing her face into the feathers that grew from the doe’s back. Leto arrived. Listened to him talking to Verve about putting holes in his ears so he could have earings and decorations in his ears like Verve. Verve saying she would help him. Wanted earings too! Was told she’d have to ask her parents. Pouted. Asked if she could watch Leto have his ears pierced? Verve agreed, but warned her it might be scary. Prita wasn’t afraid! She wasn’t some scaredy little kid or something (or so she thinks).
Verve and Let had to go, but Johan arrived to take over entertaining her. Followed him around, they went to greet Ramsus and Isiel. Then they climbed the God's Hill, where Johan taught her how to spy on other deer. Once again convinced he is the coolest big kid around.
Later went to find Johan again, he was with a bunch of deer but before she could get over to him, two large stags seemed to come at her very quickly, ducked back behind a tree and watched as a buck (Fletcher) stood in their path, followed an orange doe (Indi) back away, was led over to Johan and Ramsus and Casti. Sat with them along with Alina and Fletcher.
Ran off from the group when the fell asleep, seeing a mini fawn tucked into a cubby in the ruins. Wanted to come in the club house and play with the other fawn, but the other little girl was rude and tried to attack her, so squaked back at her taunting and yelling too. Had her first fight. Well a small tiff really. Mostly just a lot of yelling. Stopped by her father and told to apologize. Said she was sorry but the other fawn was rude and walked away from her, climbing over the stone walls. Intrigued by the fawns bright red flashing lights, tried to follow. Told her it was okay if she was a baby and couldn't talk yet, Prita was a big kid and would look after her. The other fawn just stuck her tongue out at her and climbed higher. Followed, but slipped, scraping her knee and falling between two walls. Wouldn't cry and wouldn't ask for help because she was a big kid and was embarrassed. Mad at the other fawn when she wouldn't leave her alone now.
December 20th, 2012:
Baby sat by a large group that included Herla, Gehirn, Johan, Ephire, Verve, Isiel and Ramsus. Amused herself while they were sleeping, climbing all over all of them and generally being a pest. Curled up on a sleeping Gehirn’s back for a short nap until she noticed Verve had awakened. Oh someone to play with, yippee!
Ran all over, went in the nearby Drinkplaats, splashed around in the fountain, got turned into a few different animals. Zoomed outta there, loosing Verve. Watched the tall doe looking for her. “Here I am!” zoomed into the crafting doe’s cupboard getting into her paints and getting hissed at by spiders. Giggled madly. Got pulled out by her tail by Verve. Painted baby! Finger painted all over her what was surely to be amazing art work.
Went with her back to the others, a crimson red doe she’d not met before (Jettem) approached and she had a fawn with her, another little girl like her (Lalita) eager to play with the other fawn, romped around playing and squealing. Suddenly realized Verve was gone, looked for her and called for her but she’d vanished. Was suddenly a bit unsure because she didn’t know Jettem but then God mother Herla was there smiling down at her so felt okay again. Played with Lalita a while longer between Herla and the Crimson doe, eventually snuggling up into Herla’s feathers. Dozed a bit but then awoke when a big stag suddenly ran through and he was chasing off Lalita? Scared, hid her head in Herla’s feathers. Herla stood up and shouted at the crimson doe to take her stag away if he couldn’t be civilized. And they left. Lalita was gone too. Felt upset by the whole thing, why was the stag mean to the other little girl? And Herla was scary when she was mad too. Obeyed when she was made to sleep between Johan and Herla.
Fell asleep a while herself until another small fawn came to visit. This one was so pretty, she had feathers growing from her back, which made Prita slightly jealous. She wished she had feathers too. Herla let her play with this fawn, Luyu. Quickly forgot her earlier fear with all the play, Johan joining them. Didn’t think twice about going with him and Luyu for a tromp through the forest when Herla had fallen to sleep. The young buck was officially in the “cool big kid” group and Prita followed him with enthusiasm. He led them to a great structure made of rocks and bricks. Prita had looked up in awe at the ruins, eyes wide and an “Oh wow!” look on her face upon seeing this amazing playground. It was pretty much the most marvelous thing she’d ever seen. Johan was the best. The absolute best. Played on the walls along with Luyu, had a blast. Found “the litter box” and played in it. So she was pretty much now a paint and cat litter covered baby. Did we mention that Johan is the best baby sitter ever? Found her way back to Herla who amazingly hadn’t woken and burrowed into her feathers to sleep too.
November 11th, 2012:
One month old today! Can be considered a toddler. Can speak a few words. Some simple sentences. Understands much more than she can actually speak.
Found Mommy sleeping next to Six, climbed on them and jumped around but they both stayed asleep so snuggled down to sleep too. Awoke some time latter to Mommy gone and Six sitting a few deer length’s away from her leaving her cold in the snow. Got up feeling unsure of herself and what to do, Six didn’t respond, feeling a bit rejected. Wandered through the forest looking for some familiar faces. Found God Mother Herla with Verve and a nice grey doe (Kaya) and another fawn, Lohtu. They welcomed her and played with her, eventually snuggled up with them. Soon joined by Daae too, curled up to her sister, in a fawn pile. Warm and happy.
Woke up to Mother with the group, nuzzled her then played with Sho and Verve who were running around. Noticed Lohtu seeming reluctant about Sho. Not sure why, but thought it seemed awful fun to help Lohtu beat up Sho when he fell asleep. Pretty sure she was very ferocious. Likes Lohtu a lot as he's a "big kid" makes her feel older. Tagging along with him now.
Later followed Herla to the river, when the feathered doe had fallen asleep, saw Umay at the pond and ran down to play with her along with Pandora. Saw the big fish in the pond, wanted to get them but afraid of the deeper water. Umay had to leave, so sad about this. Didn’t know Pandora as well but she was the only one there so stuck to her. The thin black doe encouraged her out of the pond, then leaped over the river. Stared into the deep cavern of the river and balked. No way she could jump that! The doe seemed to realize that and led her over the bridge instead. Led her to the Giant Oak tree. Which was occupied by three small deer. Stood back and watched as Pandora charged and attacked the three deer chasing them out of the Oak. Blinked at this, surprised at the aggression but then trotted in happily enough into the warm oak when the thin doe beckoned her. Still a bit cold and wet from the pond, found this very nice indeed, snuggled up to the thin black doe and watched the three mini deer taunt and yell at them. Found herself…amused. That’s how the big kids do it maybe, want something, beat up the little kids? Or find a big kid to beat them up for you? Sounded pretty good!
November 6th, 2012:
Spent the day cuddled up with Mom and Dad and Kody, Umay, and Tempest. Woke up to see Leviana nearby. The adults didn't wake up immediately so went to play with Leviana by herself. Ran to go cuddle Kody when he came over, started playing with him. Then suddenly realized it wasn't Kody! Completely freaked out by this, ran away back to Umay and Tempest, looking at the imposter with wide eyes. The real Kody returned. Still very rattled by this.
November 2nd, 2012:
Awoke alone in the birch. Had lost her zombie pelt. Saddened by this. Started calling out and looking for a familiar deer frightened by the wide empty spaces in the birch. A kirin pelted deer began following her and trying to nuzzle her. Didn’t know them, told them off then ran away from them. (A bit feisty it seems!) Found Umay! Very relieved to find the feline. She was looking at Pandora who was sitting with a stag she didn’t know. Umay got up though and nuzzled Prita then took her through the forest…to Sister and Kody! Happy about this, cuddled up to her sister. Got up with Umay, Kody and Sister when a thick fog rolled over them, they all walked after it…and found the giant zombie deer! Wow! Quickly got her zombie pelt back from him. Then he stood up, looked right at her and gave her DotD antlers! Completely amazed and delighted, followed a crowd of deer after the BZD turned himself into a Day of the Dead deer as he raced through the forest. He stopped again as she stood right in front of him…and gave her green face paint! (a wrestler’s mask) Whoa, she had all the special clothes now, raced around like a spaz after the BZD. They all ended up at the Twin God’s statues, amazing things started happening bursts of lightening, fireworks, fire that didn’t burn, and music! Funny music played too! Then…the most beautiful red pelted deer she had ever seen appeared. Everyone said he was a God. Wished she could have such pretty fur. Night descended and snow started to fall, had never seen the white fluffy stuff and was too excited to think about being cold. Played with her sister, and Verve and Ephire. Ended up near the Blue Bowl and was turned into a bunny along with a bunch of other deer and the God. Eventually sneezed it off, ran around playing in the snow even after the God had left, completely excited by all the gathered deer and the fun atmosphere. Eventually though had run and danced herself silly though and fell asleep where she stood in the middle of the crowd. Tired baby.
October 23rd, 2012:
Huddled up to Gehirn and Herla when she found them on Red Hill, along with Johan. Played with Gehirn some until he fell asleep. Sister joined and played with her, the adults still sleeping. Started to grow bored. Decided to go for an unauthorized run through the birch with Sister in tow, Prita definitely the instigator. What could go wrong? They were together. Invincible right? Grew a little bit frightened when they ran into a thick mist, but then saw the Giant Zombie Deer again so decided this was a nice playground. Suddenly Daddy was there. He'd found them! Thought he might be mad but he didn't seem so. Romped with Sister and played with another little zombie fawn, Levana and her guardian Jack, until Daddy put a stop to it. Never the less intrigued by the white deer, he seemed nice enough right?
Velocity woke up and it started to rain, kinda got lost in the shuffle at that point, but eventually found her Sister again with Herla and Verve. Went with them back to the big hill where Gehirn was sleeping. Snuggled down with her Sister and Verve, until Daddy arrived and ran to him for more snuggles. A bit later Daddy woke her up and seemed upset, there were some other deer in the birch not being very nice, hitting each other. Daddy led her away and put her in the Old Oak next to Big Bunny and told her that if he said to hide, she was to squeeze into the smallest hole she could and not come out again until he came back to get her. Had never heard her father use such a tone and was badly frightened by what he said. Still can't talk much herself but understands a lot. Daddy had to leave. Grew very frightened all alone next to Big Bunny, tried to hide in the rabbit's fur when a strange doe she didn't know came in the Oak (Quadda), still very frightened about what Father had told her about hiding. Verve arrived and ran to hide under her, the tall doe telling the other doe to leave. Curled up next to Verve for some time, finally feeling less scared, and was eventually led back to Herla's care. Father arrived, curled up with him again to sleep.
October 19th, 2012:
Awoke in a very thick fog next to Mommy. The forest was full of strange sounds she hadn’t heard before, wolves howling and owls hooting, bats flying all around. Mommy took her to where a big crowd of deer where on top a large rock, they were dancing around the most huge deer she had ever seen. At first she was a little frightened but everyone else seemed to be smiling and having fun and Mommy didn’t seem to be worried so went up the giant zombie deer. He gave her a gift! A tiny fox skull mask to put on. Oh boy! Sister would be so jealous! Raced around playing with GodFather Kody and a big white deer when they showed up. Made all the scary monster noises she could and scaring everybody. Then sister showed up and she got a skull mask too and then they both could run around making scary monster noises.
The left the foggy area after a while with Mommy and Daddy. A mean blue deer started jumping around, making Mommy and Daddy mad. The big black stag, Gehirn arrived and smacked that blue deer a few times while Mommy led Prita and Sister away. That was soon forgotten and playing ensued again.
October 18th, 2012:
Awoke alone and quickly searched out Daddy who was not far. He was talking to two deer she had not met before in the birch. The one was bright red and oh so pretty (Prussia), checked him for udders but alas none, still he was very nice and she liked playing with him. When Prita tried to go see the other deer (Thane), Daddy seemed to get upset and stopped her. Obedient so listened to him, but kept peeking glances from under her father at the forbidden deer. Listened uncomprehending as they spoke to each other in low voices. It was boring so fell asleep under Father, before being woke up again so he could lead her to a poppy patch. Tired from all the playing with the pretty red deer, promptly fell back asleep.
October 16th, 2012:
Woke up alone, became a bit scared, but immediately scented someone familiar close by, GodFather Kody. Couldn’t find him at first though, ran around mawing until he appeared coming down from a tree, thought that was a rather weird place for him to be. Instantly felt better now that she was with him though, he led her to a flower patch where she fell asleep. Awoke to Mommy and Sister with her and some other deer, Tempest and Aurora. Played with Sho and with Sister. Slept some more, then Mommy woke her and sister up and took them for a walk through the woods to places she had never been before, a giant Oak Tree, squeezed into the crevices with Sister. Then off to a beautiful fountain that turned them into small animals, found this very amusing. Followed mother, greeted Kalma briefly.
Mother led her and her sister to where Herla and Gehirn where resting, climbed all over Ephire and Leto and Aurora. Played with two fawns, Araxie and Castallion, quite fixated on Castallion, he was her new ‘big kid role model” tried to emulate him. When Verve arrived, played with the tall doe along with the other fawns. Went to the river with her, afraid at first but quickly feeling bold, played in the mud, coated in it, became a mud baby. Tired out went back to sleep in a pile of fawns under the watch of God Mother Herla.
October 15th, 2012:
Sleeping curled up with Sister in between Daddy and Mommy. Mommy took her and Sister to meet Kalma, he had no milk but he was nice anyways. A bad deer made Mommy upset, followed her promptly when she led her and her sister away. Played with Kody and Rui and Umay, later a big stag (Lume) who looked kind of scary was with Umay, would not approach him until Mommy showed her it was safe. That's all it took and went to check him for udders. Nope none. Starting to maybe figure out only Mommy has milk. Mommy had to go, so cuddled into a pile with sister between Brazen and Kalma, really likes the bright red fluffy fur of the stag. Fell asleep. Awoke when Godmother Herla along with Gehirn came to check on them. Played with them before cuddling with Sister into the little black does feathers. Went to go see sleeping Dad, but he poofed right in front of her! (Weird forest) Got very sad about that, the big stag Gehirn told her not to worry, her father would be back soon enough. "Beezlebloop?" she'd responded forlornly, blowing spittle bubbles. Got introduced to a very tall black doe (Verve) by Herla. Head butted her for milk, sadly it didn't work. But the tall doe gave her a pelt spell, YAY! It was so pretty, ran around excited until it finally poofed. Daddy came back went to sleep next to him with Sister. Later Daddy gave her feathers! Beyond excited about this, couldn't wait to show Sister.
October 14th, 2012:
Just born. Trying to nurse anybody and everybody including Mom, Dad, Shineri. Brazen. Don't matter. Food is everything. Followed her parents on a dizzying journey through the forest, where they stopped in a patch of flowers. Loved them and the butterflies immediately, plunging her head into the violets and putting some on her sister too. Met so many deer, all a bit of a blur but was sure to test them all for milk filled udders, Umay, Kody, Pandora, Rui, Herla, Johan, Leto, Gehirn, Ephire, Henna, Buttons, Six. All head butted in the udder. Finally settled down for a long nap with sister, tuckered out from such a momentous day.
Later in the day met grandma Illrose, then spent some quality time with Daddy frolicking in more flowers, these ones where red and oh so vibrant! Put them on her head. Then Daddy took her to some yellow flower which she tried to nibble on. Found a new playmate in Big Bunny, fell asleep several times in bunny fluff.
