Antares is an intricate character, as a deity can be. Her persona was omnipotent in The Desert but now, in The Forest, her physical form is almost powerless. Even so, she kept some god-like traits, as immortality, farseeing and the ability to turn things into sand...

This character is 100% contemplative, a foreign goddess, ironically made for the idyllic atmosphere of TEF.

This timeline does not follow a real one.
Also, she has a different perception of time passing.
For the moment, she doesn't pay much attention to deers and other, will ignore most of them, she prefers visiting and learning about the Forest.

Day 40
Wandering here and there, interacting with a strange beast.

Day 23
Still raining. Those days, the woodens appeared slower, silent and even afflicted. The Forest seemed frozen. Why? That falling water isn't their life source, like the sun? They should be happy with it. Hm.
Moved a bit through the First Forest, quickly unpleased with walking in a wet floor, sticky and tacky. Decided to dry the floor under her claws as she walked on. Noticed that the green's smell was stronger when it's wet, nothing smelled that strong in her world. Found it offensive but not unbearable. Will probably get used to it.
She wanted to see those little colored stars patches again, which widely opened under the sun, but was horrified to see them wilted. How can water-beings die with water? But then she saw those little pebbles growing on trees and ground, they seemed numerous, as if they had just popped up out of the earth.
So, there are the sun lovers and now the rain lovers. Satisfied with this, life balance is essential; the woodens are definitely sun lovers.

Day 15
Never seen and felt the rain before.
Sat near the Ename Ruin and soaked up all those new smells and colors.

Day 13
The Old Oak remained silent. Wanted to try another way to talk with it but the wind suddenly changed and brought a new, very intriguing smell. A cold earthy one. Chilled, she decided to leave the old tree -will come back to see it one day- and followed the rough smell. Walked peacefully up a hill and so had a wide view of the Ename Ruin, which immediately reminded of her home. She clearly remembered that temple, built in her honor, a thousand years ago. A place, she saw rise and disappear in the sand, as her people. This Ruin seemed younger and very smaller, though. But the feeling was quite similar, someone was worshipped here.
Carefully, she visited this new place and took the time to stare at all the pillars, walls and graves... At this moment, she sensed something different, something that she hadn't felt in the Forest yet. Disturbed, she decided to watch inside the place; the Eye, which remained closed since her entrance, awoke. Frightened, a young wooden ran away, but she ignored it. Now, she saw them: all the souls, which remained around this place for an indefinite time period, were fluttered here and then. Couldn't understand their voices, but she knew they were strangers too, apparently caught and jailed in this place. Would love to free them but her powers aren't strong enough. Slowly closed, the Eye was back to sleep.
Thoughtful, she walked at the other end of the Ruin, still ignoring the woodens. At this moment, she noticed a familiar stone-shaped. Found the three tiny idols, three tiny happy idols. Smiled and greeted them. Stayed a bit with the little family, asked them about the souls and had the surprise to learn they were born because of them! She then listened a new story, the Ename Ruin's story.

Day 11
Thanked and greeted the Idol. Learned a lot with it, now feels a bit better in this place, the Idol did not told her every secrets, though. Its words were sometimes enigmatic and she hardly understand the water-and-green-life concept. Also, she still feels awkward with the inhabitants (now that she will call the woodens). Time to move and visit the other very-old being of the Forest, the Old Oak. Maybe could it enlighten her?
This time, the walk was very peaceful and no one came to her. The more she approached the Oak, the more she felt its voice, a so strong and ancient voice that the ground itself trembled under her feet.
Slowly, she walked around the huge tree; noticed the hole and wanted to take a look inside but her horns did not allow her to pass the head through. Disappointed, but imagined well what kind of shelter the honorable tree offered to the wooden creatures. Gently scraped some bark with a claw, seemed no longer alive. Amazed, she understood that the tree forged its own shell. Felt a great respect for the Oak and decided to go a little further, it did not want to speak.
Saw a sun spot surrounded by two small vertical branches, a perfect place to contemplate the old tree-shaped, and think about its history. Did not notice the two little trees were covered by birds, it took her a long moment before she noticed them. Too late, they already came down, now perching and happily chirping on her horns, back and legs. Surprised to see these tiny ball creatures approaching her without any fear, one of them ended asleep on her claws. Smiled.

Day 9
Managed to hear the Crying Idol's voice. Started a long and 'silent' conversation with it.
The Idol then talked about the Forest story.

Day 8
Noticed a curious fact, wooden creatures who enter into the mirror lose a part of their bodies, they get all the same look once out of the water. Somehow they appeared more wild. After some hesitation, she decided to come closer but for some reason, a few woodens suddenly came over her and lowered antlers. They also tried to use a few magic spells on her. Took a step back but they left as fast as they came. Strange. Decided to follow the water stream and discovered a lovely stone bridge. Walked on it and felt good with stone contact. Later, found the Crying Idol, extremely curious of, captivated by its expression, wondered if it was alive before, maybe a bad spell turned it into stone; decided to stay with it. Two woodens were on the other edge, seemed friendly, one jumped into the waterfall and suddenly became entirely red. That raises even more questions, why does it change their colors here and let them brown downstream. Is it not the same water? Puzzled; will stay here for a while.

Day 7
Awoken.
Stood up, shook her head and walked a bit around her sun spot. Still has huge difficulties to differentiate elements, especially sounds and smells. Quietly stared around her, noticed a tree which had some sort a little pebbles growing on it, came closer but unintentionally turned them into dust, felt really sorry for them. A group of little wooden creatures ran not far from her, jumping to a green hill (Twin Gods hill). Had a strong feeling she had to stay away from it. A tiny white-spotted creature ran toward her and suddenly turned around, walked back to the others, she saw at this moment those furry creatures were using magic between them. They managed to change their whole appearance! Was really surprised by this and doesn't really understand why they should do it. Maybe that helps protect them from predation. This place might not be so peaceful after all.
At this moment, the sun broke through the clouds and her attention was then drawn to a nearby shimmering surface, walked slowly toward it, fascinated by; decided to lie down and stay staring at this little sparkly mirror (the Pond).

Day 1
Sleep-minded and motionless condition; inconformable with her physical form; tries to familiarize with the Forest air, too many scents and sounds.

I've had time now, to think this all out and come up with the right words.

I really enjoy how much effort you put into her. I love that you focused on her back story and on her as a character more than just relying on her looks and the fact that she's a god of another land. You gave her substance and put the time in. That two years of work into this one character definitely shows. I honestly can't wait to see more involving Antares.
