Found Jude and Pho, after an unsuccessful "hunt" in NYC. His hunger got the better of him and he lunged at Jude the moment Pho turned his eyes away, trying to grab him and run off with him. Decay was intercepted by Phobos, who engaged him in battle immediately, the two sharing blows before Phobos caught Decay in a death roll and ripped off his leg.

Hobbled around as a feral, snarling mess, in shock. Pho came back wanting more, which Decay happily obliged to, trying to latch onto his neck. Phobos ignited into flames, but due to the nature of Decay's bite, he couldn't quite let go, dooming him to be singed in the fire. Got in some pretty good digs to Phobos's neck before he was prodded off by his wings. As soon as Decay hit the floor, he wasted no time in trying to chomp on Phobos's legs, resulting on him being stomped on and his skull bashed in.

Maggot finally stepped in, stopping the altercation--and accidentally stepping on Decay one more time, right on his eye. Thxbb...was kinda out of it past that, begging Maggot to get his leg back and eventually managing to have it reattached to him. #justlilzombiethings

Was approached by Sal, who wasted no time in patronizing him, which Decay responded to snarkily by biting the alien's tentacle. Was...kinda shocked when Sal didn't only seem to not care, but enjoyed it. Wasn't going to turn down a free meal, even if was gooey, so he just kept chomping...subsequently has the Sal worms under his skin. Whining on the forest floor in pain. RANA STOP SLAPPING MI

Found a curious vulture-like creature observing him (Blight.) Decay quickly became bitter towards the attitude the other held towards him, treating him like an object and calling him an it. NoPE NOT TODAY. Confronted him, staring him down from mere inches away, only to have his eye pecked into by the vulture. Pulled away in disgust only to realize that the motion pulled the rest of his eye out.

Enraged, Decay bit at the creature, snarling and attempting to cause any pain that he could. Sustained a fair amount of wounds himself due to it, but Decay considered it a worthy price to pay to inflict his wrath upon Blight.

Eventually watched him leave, jeering at him one last time as the vulture did so. Wasted no time in limping his pained body to Las, greeting her with a grin and starting the conversation rather mockingly. Decay eventually calmed down when she apologized, asking her a favour--to help him over to the idol. After she did so and he managed to clean his wounds as best he could (lmao vain zombie antics,) he slowly made his way up to the poppies next to the idol, skillfully weaving her a wreath as a thank-you.

Not that he really...wanted to? It was more of an uncomfortable itch, an obligation. Realizing that his creation of his wreaths may be entirely out of his hands. Sat with her. It was a nice feeling, really, to not be sitting alone and brooding. Actively enjoyed company outside of Mag's for once.

Woke up later only to realize that his wounds weren't healed quite yet--not at all, in fact. Taken aback. Made his way to the great oak to sleep and brood over it wHY MUST I STILL FEEL PAIN IF IM UGLI TOO.

Overthinking all of his memories and getting very moody over it...rip
