That used to be the same as the Day of the Dead pelt (black one with bones on it), meaning you needed to have a player playing an older version of the game to cast it on you...but I'm not sure if this newest update has change that or not.
Either way, it's not one you usually see from spell-casting that often. It's fairly rare.
