Ok, today I went to go on TEF as usual, and it opened, but didn't come up. It showed up as minimized in the tool-bar. It crashed when I tried to open it from there, and I did this repeatedly with the same result. I have Vista, but I've never had to use run as administrator before, and it does open correctly when I do that, but all my settings are gone, and my spells as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem goes on. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I lost everyhting, and the only way it would work is by running it as an admin.
I'm sorry, but I have no sollution to it and still have to play it like that.

Well first I believe you do
and for the spelldata, you need to save the data under a different map.
I have XP, but a friend of mine with Vista has same problems, and I think that under
the 'userdata' map, there are one or two more maps, and you need to put the spelldata
in one of those. I've also heard that it may work if you put it where your screenshots are.
(that sometimes too are in a different map). Some ideas just, I don't know if it works,
but there's always a chance 83. The maps seems to be screwed up 8l
