Cuz they lead to some weird shiz in the Forest. O.o
Scape was in the Forest early yesterday morning, hanging out with Halogen, Selig, and Draak (and Kogy made a rare appearance! =D), when the server reset.
When the Forest came back, not only were Halogen and Selig missing their pelts, but Redkora was a gray deer.

At least, I think it was Redkora. His picto disappeared a few seconds later. I was talking to Halo, Pep, and Raz in iScribble at the time, and it appears Raz was seeing things the same way as me, but Halo and Pep saw nothing strange. O.o


And then Pepokeen decides to restart the Forest, so Selig disappears for a moment. He came back normal enough, but a few seconds later...

Selig was a floating mask with a picto. o_o

All while Redkora was still a gray deer.


Despite the initial freaked out-ness, they had some fun with inviSelig.

Draak has a double-mask.
But then Scape randomly got a sleeping clone in the tomb. O.o

Let the zombies take over the Forest. >=D Though my deer didn't see His Dark Lord, the Big Zombie Deer last night. He was gone before I got home. I sent in the ninja (Kinsha) to keep watch in case he might show. But that proved a difficult task with all the fog surrounding the Ruins...


While Kinsha likes the cloaking powers of the fog, it became too stifling and disorienting to stay in it too long. He retreated to the still-sunny sections of the Forest for awhile.

He called it a night after growing bored and seeing no Giant Zombie appearing.

Then today, I saw that the BZD was in the Forest. Scape happily ran in to join the fun. When he got to the Twin Gods hill where the BZD was sleeping, there were already many zombie deer, sitting in a line watching him. Getting the zombie set, Scape joined them.

"Yes! Join us! You know you want to! >=D"

While everyone was dancing, the BZD finally woke up! =D

And joined the dance. Then it was back to feeling like they were performing for him.

Before he fell asleep again. XD; Scape decided to keep his distance from the mighty zombie so others would have a better chance of casting on him and getting the zombie set. And...air-sat with Cyric for a bit. XD

Before I jump into the zombie craze of Halloween, I'm going to upload the few nice shots I've gathered over the past few days. =]


After the server was down for maintenance a few days ago, Magnet strolled in. Everyone present celebrated the Forest's return to normal. Though Magnet felt a bit awkward at first. XD


Much later in the day, Scape hopped in, hoping to have some fun during the Lightbringers Convention. Elian and he turned a stump into a table.

These Wings
I love this one. Sit in just the right depth of water at the edge of the pond and the antlers' reflection gives a nice effect.

I'm bad. I haven't posted any pics in so long. ^^; I don't even have that many for such a large amount of time either. But still, they're in an album to make things easier.

Having problems with my internet that don't look temporary.

Lemme explain how it's set up first so the problem makes sense...

Ok, so we have cable internet, that uses the same wire as the cable tv. There's the tv in the living room, a tv in my bedroom, and the cable modem also in my room.
The cable signal comes out of the wall of the wall in the living room. The wire goes to a splitter that has two wires - one leading to the living room tv, the other a really long one that goes to my room. The really long wire goes to another splitter that splits to the tv in my room, and also the cable modem.
The problem looks like it's the really long wire.
This isn't a small thing. It's gotta be over 20 feet in length, and it goes behind the 2 dressers in my bedroom (also my sister's room, hence there being 2), which are big and heavy, and just a pain to move. We would have to get some people from the cable company over here to replace the really long wire, and they only come out for appointments during the week. It is now early Saturday morning.

How am I connected now, you may be wondering?

Well, desperation to check my piling-up-messages kicked in, so I unplugged the modem and the router (we have a home network that lets the desktop and the 2 laptops share the cable internet), brought them out to the living room, unhooked the tv, and plugged everything in that way. I'm currently typing this from my 6-year-old laptop that keeps randomly freezing.

...Yea.

I dunno when this will get straightened out, so if I'm not around as much, that's why, cuz I obviously can't leave this set up I have going right now. >.>; I can only hope that it's not the really long wire that's the actual problem, and replacing the splitters with the exact ones we're supposed to have will work. Feels like hopeless wishful thinking, though. T___T;

Back to checking messages with bouts of freezing that require forced shut-down now..

With that time-span, you'd think there'd be a lot of screenshots, right?
Wrong.
Due to the desktop being reformatted recently, I wasn't able to play TEF on it; only on the laptop, which I refuse to take screenshots on, so they don't build up they like on here and slow it down. I only relented for one closeup shot a few nights ago, that I unfortunately don't have on here yet.

Getting back on subject... Yep. I'm back on the desktop. So I have screenshots. =] 13 of them that are going in an album. I'll have that one from the laptop up eventually. =]

Scape's one of the DotD deer that were there, but at some point he sneezed to the sightless/crying blood mask so he'd have a cool-sounding roar. XD
