D8< Last night they were kind of so close to me they appeared really light, camera wouldn't have caught them, specially when the city lights were kind of bothering the viewing. Will go out tonight with Narina to see if we would catch a better glimpse of them, she has never seen proper ones. [myself I've seen them so many times but it's been manymany years fff] So maybe pictures will happen as well if they're strong enough.
But hey, an fb buddy living in the same town got quite nice shot of them from further. I didn't see them even nearly this strong myself: link

I'm so jealous, seeing the northern lights have been at the top of my wishlist for years. You're so lucky. ;;
Hopefully, one day, I can take the night train up to Lappland and explore around for a few days and maybe see the northern lights with my own eyes.

And same here, been pretty much lying on the bed all day. Luckily my cat Jim is an excellent sleeping/lazing buddy when he just curls against me sleeping.

Definitively it was better day and more active, though I got up late after a while I already was outside running in the Sun(finally it came to us |D).
Yeah, I agree with the part about to want to do something but in the same dont. Oh, you both had to look cute sleeping together heh When I let my dog sleep in my bed then I also have to curl myself to make some place for the dog |D

I remember watching one of Britain's Big Fat Quiz of the Year episodes, and they were showing a clip of Finnish people celebrating their victory at Eurovision. It was exactly how you just described it, haha. It made me really happy though, wish I could have been there to actually experience it. It's nice when people are nothing but happy and just celebrating with everyone else.
