This story is being written by myself and firedance over MSN, so I appologize for the back and forth nature, please bear with us, both of us are too busy to actually write this out into story form.

Had this plan rolling between us for a little while now and finally decided that we should wrap it up.

Night Shade and Des (c) to firedance
Asaroth and Kita (c) to KittyCatKita

And so, without giving too much more away, the short opening. More will be posted as we get further through the rp.
Feel free to comment with thoughts ^^

Kita's ears pricked forward then swung back lazily, laying and warming her white pelt in the sun of her favourite spot in the forest. She shifted a little, head raising to watch stags run past after one another. She rolled her eyes, rut season was starting, so of course all of the stags were petitioning for the does affection. She gave a sigh and pulled her legs under her, giving a shaky push up into a standing position, shaking the dirt from her coat. She paused, ears straining as she listened to the forest, she had little to fear of this rut. No stag would want an old doe to bear his young. She relaxed, making her way down along toward the old oak and the pond

“Goddamn it!” Des snarled as he made his way around the pond for what felt like the millionth time in the last hour. For and endless forest it seemed to only have the same things over and over and over. He tossed his antlers angrily. “Then why is it so hard to find them?.” He was not at his best, it was true. His nose was being filled by a lot of strong highly annoying scents from the scores of worthless beasts running around. He rolled his eyes. “Probably off in some hole somewhere making more worthless children.” He growled and started his search again. “That’s not going to happen. Not this time."
Night Sat huddled. In the Sun spot between the saplings. She yawned as she scanned the forest for Asaroth. She guessed he was not far off, but for such a big hulk he could be invisible sometimes. She rolled her eyes irritated. He had a real knack for it really. She yawned again and sprawled lazily absorbing the sun, and rolling around. She knew how to make him appear. If she could just catch one stags attention..

Kita slowed, smiling a little as she spotted the small black doe curled up in the sun. She glanced around confused, no Asaroth? She moved over and paused, ears flicking toward her friend "Good day Night" she greeted as she approached, stopping near her friend. She jumped startled at the sound of a snort from behind her, glancing back as Asaroth made his way down over the small hill toward the two of them, eying her suspiciously.

Night opened an eye slowly. “Kita, good day,” She moved and propped up on he chest, glancing past her at Asaroth. She frowned and turned her attention back to her friend. “How does this day find you? Good I hope considering. It’s been sometime since I have seen you around.”

She smiled weakly "I am getting a little older, I don't get around as much as I once did" she shifted and glanced around "It is well, though I don't fancy any luck with the rut" she sighed a little and flicked her tail.
Asaroth remained back a little ways, keeping a close eye on the does.

Night frowned. “Oh Kita, don’t talk like an old hag. You still have a lot to offer, you’re not as old as you force yourself to feel. I for one don’t expect much from this myself.” She nodded at Asaroth. “He will have a hell of a time putting up with me, but I Don’t want any more fawns..I told him that..He will be reminding me of that a lot soon.” She snickered. “Rut is such a stupid thing really. What we have to go through.”
That scent He found it. How could he have missed it. He had only walked the same path a million times. Des stomped a hoof. Stupid animals and there hormones stinking up the air. Even his sharp nose had a hard time cutting through it. He growled and what was really frustrating was it was becoming less unpleasant “Stupid ignorant deer body.” He snapped. They would pay for this. His eyes narrowed as he stalked off in the direction of Night and Asaroth’s scent.

Kita laughed "That is true, I am feeling bad for myself." she glanced over toward Asaroth "Yes, I suppose that he will be, though I do not think he would just ignore all your advances" she chuckled, shifting a tiny bit as he approached.
"What advances?" Asaroth glanced between them with his good eye, shivering as he took a deep breath of Night's scent, nuzzling his muzzle into her a little.

“That’s Not helpful you.” Night snorted and snapped at him. She turned her attention back to Kita. “No need to feel bad for yourself, what if you had this to deal with?” She lowered her voice to a whisper. “They can be a pain in the ass stags, besides I would like to think you are better than a desperate whore.”

She laughed "True. I am not that upset that I don't have 50 stags all over me. I am feeling sorry for myself because the cold is making it harder to move around. It could be worse I suppose. I could be frozen to death" she chuckled gently.
Asaroth's head jerked back from her, snorting frustrated and moved away a little to get his head and keep watch.

Night Pushed herself up. “ The cold is always so rough on you..I should really get you a pelt of some kind. It would take a lot of rabbits though and deer are not good with crafting I'm afraid. Of course Asaroth could murder one of those stags for you? Im sure he would not mind.” She laughed.“It would be just a matter of picking a color to your liking then letting the ol hide dry out.” She moved over toward Asaroth. “We really should move out, not good to stay out to long I suppose. Take care of yourself Kita. I will see you when this whole thing is over.”

She laughed and nodded "Nice black pelt would be nice, lay in the sun and actually get warm." she shifted back from them a tiny bit "Take care of yourself also, especially around him" she glanced at Asaroth.
He raised an eyebrow at her and snorted, rolling his eyes, waiting patiently for Night, "We should be going" he muttered "I don't like staying in one place long.."

Night trotted up to his side and glanced back to her friend. “You should be more concerned for him.” She turned back to Asaroth. “Alright, was just saying the same thing. Slow today aren’t you?” She nudged him and trotted off. “Bye Kita.”
Des topped the hill. His nose working the air hard, with quick deep sniffs. They were close. His gaze fell to the saplings. He snarled. "Where are they? They can’t be far!" He could see a white doe near the saplings. She seemed to be speaking to someone. Then he saw them. Night And Asaroth. “Missed them damn it all I missed them.” He knew from his distance he would never catch them and if he did? Well he wanted a sneak attack not a head on clash. He rolled his eyes. “Always one step ahead …not for long.” His fangs popped together as he made his way to the white doe. She could prove very useful.

Kita smiled and nodded, bowing her head down after them "Bye Night!" she called after them, eyes flickering with a suppressed sadness. She sighed lightly, pleased for her friend to be going off with her mate. She glanced down, her own mate had left the forest, at least she believed so, many came and left. She pray that where ever he had gone to he was well and happy. She turned, starting to make her way down toward the pond for a drink.

Des slinked toward the doe, low and predatory, taking long slow strides. His eyes narrowed on her. Easy He thought to himself. This will be easy. When he felt he was close enough. He raised his head , eyes darkening as he gazed at her. “You.” He snapped. All she had to do was look at him, and She would fall victim to his power

Kita jumped startled at the sudden voice near her, quickly looking toward the stag who had spoken. She gulped gently, ears pricked toward him "Yes?" she asked softly.

Perfect. He locked his gaze on her eyes, forcing her attention to them and nothing else, His pupils dilated and gleamed as he locked onto her soul, possessing her, searching her for anything he could use. He thought as he searched. “She knows them..they will return to her. They trust her…I need something. Lasting. Who knows when those idiots will return.” Des knew that for his plan to work he had to hold her somehow. A simple I say, you do possession would not last long enough. He needed something that would take full advantage of his victim. Get her to tell him anything he wanted and bring him closer to his goal. “hmm..” He grumbled irritated. “Such an irritatingly pure soul she has..” Nothing ,he found not one speck of darkness he could use. “This is impossible everything has a personal demon.” The he searched her heart. He was hit with a wave of pure sadness, loneliness, and longing. “That’s more like it.” He purred. “Doe. I Am everything you want and more. Just speak the name, of what it is you want most..and it’s yours.”

Her ears drooped a little, giving a violent tremble as she locked eyes with the stag. He was saying something to her, something about what she wanted? She trembled again, lonely, she was definitely lonely. "Boris." she said weakly, tail flicking "I want Boris back"

“It is done.” He growled, ripping his gaze from her, and releasing her. ”When you gaze upon me again I will be your Boris." He moved away from her a bit. Boris? He really hoped Boris was a friend, family, or even a pet mushroom for god sakes, anything but a lover…

Kita jerked her gaze back ahead of herself, shaking her head roughly, ears pressing back to her head, trembling weakly. What had just happened? She took a couple of steps forward before glancing back toward where that strange stag had been.

Des moved himself next to a sapling and eased down. He glanced back to the doe. It would take some moments before she got her nerve again. He frowned, He hoped His spell had worked.

Kita shifted and shook her head again, blinking a couple of times before looking after him. Grey pelt, well that wasn't anything special. That last guy had had a grey pelt too. But here was something about this one.. he looked so much like her Boris.

He was a bit confused as he studied the doe. She was looking at him yes,but not showing any real recognition. Did it fail? He tilted his head. “Perhaps I should say something…” He thought. “But what?” He frowned. “Hi” Well that was generic and ignorant. He growled irritated at himself, but he still had no clue who or what a Boris was.

Her ears shot forward toward him, eyes widening "Boris?" she turned and moved toward him slowly. She slowly smiled as she watched him, it was him! She nearly lept in the air, bounding to him quickly, looking startled "You're back!"

End of part 1.
***VERY IMPORANT NOTE!!***
AliceV's character Boris (Kita's mate) IS NOT AT ALL IN THIS STORY. This will be important later on but just so everyone is clear, Boris is in no way associated with the story, just Des appearing like Boris to Kita.
