1/18 - 2/28/18

His friends are gone. Demonax and Damaris are no where to be found, and Agrippa, shackled by the cold spearing his joints together, cannot search for them. He is deeply upset with this. He fears the worst, and it weighs heavily in his mind. Where have they gone? Agrippa hopes they are okay.

Old man wants to be happy again, and he seeks companionship to ease his mind. They ARE okay. Yes. Agrippa would see them again soon. For now he needs to just worry about leaving his spot. Sure he'd want nothing more than to sit with his mate again. . .but it was not time yet. (Aurelius refuses to let them meet again.) So little by little, Agrippa's walks become longer.

With a lot of effort Agrippa becomes more active, moving from near the Ruins to the Pond, to even the Playgrounds. He is happier now. Especially, since he is able to meet many different faces along the way!

10/29/17

Found Damaris fleeing from something. Agrippa was greatly concerned by this, and led her to Aurelius' grave for save keeping. He tucked her away behind the tree, curling around the smaller deer, protective. What had been chasing her? He was concerned it was something beastly, and kept a keen eye on the surroundings for most of the their time together. Despite them meeting on such circumstances, he had a lovely time meeting Damaris again, he sees her like the daughter he never had, and has become quite doting and protective of her.

Later on Fuji, Hatto and Grimoire appeared again! What fun! Agrippa had a grand ol' time with all of them, and even became their pillow! Damaris seemed to have calmed from her ordeal at this time, and even joined in the fun, trying to clamber up Agrippa. They all soon fell asleep on his back, and he would fall asleep too.

10/28/17

Still no Demonax today... Agrippa is growing restless. He seeks guidance not by the Twins, but by his Beloved. The old stag sits at his grave, heavy his head in thought, in concern and bittersweet memory. Where could his new friend be? Surely, she is okay.. He has a long chat with Aurelius' memory, hoping to be consoled, and as if he were still right beside him, the great old brute is calmed, taking to sitting silently next to his Beloved's grave and reminiscing.

His family comes to mind, as he tries to keep from worrying too much. It does not do much to heal him, but for a moment he is silent. Maybe when Demonax shows up, if she shows up at all, today, he would tell her about his family. She might like to hear a little more about him... though it is quite a sad tale.. so maybe not.

Hatto and Little Swan visit him, and his mind is taken from bittersweet memories, and worry. They play, Agrippa trying hard to be at peace again, reassure himself that she is okay, and she's just caught up in her life, and too busy to visit a sad old man like him! He is happy to have had some company today!

It begins to snow!! What a delight! The trio sit and watch this rare phenomena!

Later on when the other two leave, Agrippa moves to get a better view of the snowfall, and finds himself sitting atop the playground. For a while its innocently just staring at the snow, but then Demonax returns to his mind, and he begins watching the ground for her. He might be able to see the snow easier from here, but he can also get a nice view of the rest of the forest too! Eyes might not be as sharp as they once were, but he is keen on spotting that dark navy lass at least once. He just wants to see if she's okay at least.

Not long after he had fallen asleep, and was then woken up by Damaris jumping on him! When he opened his eyes he spotted the young Damaris, and greeted her properly, happy to see her again, she was so very kind to him, and he missed her. It was then that he caught Demonax clambering up the rocks to him! WHAT!! THANK THE GODS!! Demonax was alive and kicking, and he was over the moon about it, relieved, happy, just...so happy! She comes bearing a gift, and Agrippa kinda loses it, like a kid in a candy store. He LOVES his gift, and ADORES Demonax all the more for thinking about him, and for coming to visit him, too. They catch up, and plans are made for something exciting.

He will put the figurine by Aurelius' marker, but for now, until he can go back, it is tucked away in the crook of his arm as he chats with his two friends, pleased as punch.

10/27/17

Agrippa hasn't seen Demonax today, nor the day before. While he is not surprised that she was unable to see him, he is still concerned. She seemed so earnest, when she told him she would visit every day.
Yet... He sincerely hopes she's okay. Agrippa knows that what she'd decided to do for him, is a large task, and he'd be upset if she had to cast aside her life for him. Still, he can't help but feel like something went wrong. Surely, she wouldn't have forgotten about him that quickly?

"I hope she's okay..."

While fretting about his new friend's absence, and what that could possibly mean, he is visited by a small group again! Hatto and Fuji come by, prancing and playing around! What fun! And soon, he is joined by a swan, a horse and another deer! He enjoys their company, and for the while, his worries are subdued to a dull roar.

Later in the day, after all his company has left and he had awoken from his nap, he finds Hatto again.
It seems Hatto has become quite attached to him, and the same could be say about Agrippa! They have fun again, playing around like fawns, for as long as Agrippa can. He leads them to the playground this time, feeling able enough to prance all the way there, and they play on the rocks for a while. Eventually,
of course, the old man has to lay down and rest, and Hatto joins him, choosing to lay atop his wide neck. They cozy up for a long nap.

10/26/17
Today he seemed to be glued to the pond again, this time eagerly awaiting Demonax to return, and hoping to maybe happen upon those who came to quench their thirsts. The big boy didn't budge from his spot in the weeds, until Hatto and Fuji appeared again! How nice it was to see them! Agrippa played with them as long as he could keep up, but of course had to sit down again. They sat with him, and he enjoyed their quirky company for a long while, until sleep found him again.

He hadn't planned on falling into a nap, but he did, and when he woke some time later the trio had expanded! What a joyous occasion! He was now in the company of five others, and he was immensely happy. Agrippa let this moment last, laying quietly by their side throughout the day, until they one by one left to carry out their lives. It was a good day today.

10/25/17
Agrippa had spent the most of this day, and all of the one before sitting idly by the pond. At some points in time he was joined by others, possibly shared some words or just sat in silence. It has been a slow, peaceful day, and he is always content with these days.

Later in the day, after a nice nap by the pond, he was joined again by Hatto and a fawn he'd never seen before. Hatto has been quite a familiar face to him, and he finds them interesting company. He hopes to at some point have a nice conversation with them.

He is roused from his slumber by Demonax, approaching to quench her thirst. Agrippa catches her staring at him and Hatto, who's still sleeping beside him, waiting it seems to him. He apologizes for being in the way, and stands to move away. Demonax is quick to apologize for disturbing him, which he shrugs off with a light-hearted response, and moves to drink with her. Once his parched throat is quenched, he returns to where he was, and sits down, much to the dismay of his weary joints, and jokes around with the lady. She sits beside him, and they have a nice conversation. He spends most of the time trying to cheer her up, as she looked upset to him, in a way. He is able to cheer her up, and they she is laughing and smiling at his poor humour! Success! It does take a somber turn as he lets slip how lonely he is. Demonax is upset with this, and offers to keep this old man company from now on.

Agrippa is over the moon! Thank you! And thank you for this beautiful new view of the forest!

"The rain... I love the rain. It washes over me, cleansing my body and my mind. Whenever it rains, I find myself sitting out in it as long as I can stand the cold it brings. It is troubling that I cannot sit out as long as I used to..."

Agrippa sits most of the day near the pond, enjoying the rain, and watching the world beneath the surface of the water.

He is at peace.

Sirius finds Agrippa again, having had moved to a flower patch nearby the Old Oak. He entices the old man to play again. He feels very happy to frolic around like a young buck again. They spend the night running around the forest, sitting in the water, casting magics on one another. Agrippa feels so happy and so young again! He is happy to spend more time with this starry stag!

10/22/17

The forest is beautiful when it's calm and quiet. That is not to say it is ever not beautiful. Just, there is a certain mystique it takes on when all is silent. Agrippa has spent a great many years getting to experience this, it never get's old. He would even say that it has become more pleasant, after the year he had been absent. He spent the day wandering about this great, mystical forest, only stopping to take a bit of a nap. Old bones and whatnot.

Later on, he was greeted at the Idol's shrines by a white stag named, Sirius. This one was energetic and playful, and Agrippa happily played along! He might not be as spry as he once was, but he would try his damnedest to keep up! And he did, for the most part. As they frolicked passed the ruins, a monochromatic doe, whom he would later be given her name, Blackthistle. She was wonderful, reminiscent of a deer he used to know years ago. It was almost bittersweet to keep her company. Still, he enjoyed spending time with her, she was pleasant and gentle company. When old bones grew too achy, and Agrippa had to sit, she sat with him, shared a few words with him.

These two are keeping him company for a while, seated on either side of him, as they glanced off into the distance. One wonders what conversations they had. Surely, this old man had some stories to tell.

He is grateful for their company. Agrippa admires them for wanting to spend time with him.

He finds himself in in the presence of more company! So many deer jumping and playing around the idols. He joins in, but ultimately becomes tired. Agrippa is an old man. So he goes to have a sit down, joined with Damaris. The young lady sits with him for a while, and they have a quiet peaceful time. Agrippa's loneliness ebbs completely. He feels rejuvenated.

He doesn't even realize that at some point he had fallen asleep. A deep, restful sleep.

"Thank you, Damaris."

10/20/17

Agrippa reappears in the forest after nearly a year. Where had he gone? Why all this time? He doesn't know himself honestly. He has no recollection of where he had gone, or what he had done. What he does know is that what ever it was he had done left him sorrowful.

He takes his place seated by the Twin Gods, paying his respects and talking to them. Agrippa knows they will not talk back, but he feels more at ease with a bit of one-sided conversation. Still, the loneliness and the ache in his heart won't vanish this time. It seems not eve the calming presence of the idols is not enough, but he is refuses to leave their side this time.

It was as if the gods could see the loneliness and sorrow within the gentle giant, and Ende appears, sitting next to him. They sit in silence, maybe sharing a few words, and Agrippa's feelings begin to ebb.

Agrippa is eternally grateful for the company.

Agrippa meets two fawns, and befriends them, they have fun running around the snowy mushroom forest, until one has to leave (D:). The fawn that remains, Agrippa spends more time with. They play for a while, and then join a small group! Lots of fun to be had! Until, old bones need to rest! (v.v) ( The fawn and This Deer , This fawn , and another deer with crow mask/space beluga pelt/violets in the antlers) Soon, when Agrippa is all rested they frolic in the snow some more, until they meet another young deer, Tomomi, and she joins the fun!

Arippa meets two fawns One and Two and spends time playing with them too. He has met a lot of deer lately, and it fills him with happiness, such as not felt in a long time. Joy returns to the gloomy stag.

Taking a trip to the pond he meets a small dragon, Doitsu and spends some time with them. They run around and dance by the bridge and then splash around in the pond. Soon the pair are greeted by another dragon , Dazenth, and all three play around, until poor Agrippa needs to take a break, and the trio take a seat in the banks of the pond.

Agrippa entered the forest and met a deer (Picto unknown - Had real deer pelt/mask). They spent a lot of time playing around in the forest with a few other deer and fauns. He had a lot of fun, and enjoyed the companionship!
