Black Hart is Bartemius. I'm pretty sure that Amary knows him through Kaoori, just not by that name. XD
And I won't say much on the matter, because even I don't know what's going to happen, but I will say that Osias does not give up easily, especially when something has been stolen from him.
As for Wesker (and Barty), they've only had their souls returned to them. Nothing is physically different, etc.

I just wondered if their personalities might be affected somehow. Because...idk...I thought a soul would be connected to emotions, but maybe not.
Yeah, I felt like drawing him without his mask for once. I believe that he sleeps without it anyway.
Neither of their personalities have really changed at all, no, but there have been some emotional discussions over the whole ordeal. A number of them, actually. Barty doesn't even know what happened, so it should be interesting when he hears it from Kaoori herself. XD;
