I'd Like Some Antlers, Please.

Exactly what the blog title says. I'll be the fawn with the peacock pelt and noh mask by the shallow end of the pond. If you are interested in giving me antlers, just name a time that's convenient for you and I'll get online as soon as I can. Once online, I'll bray three consecutive times (my voice will be deep) to let you know I'm ready. There's a pine tree close to where I will be.

When you find me, in-game I would like you to stand facing me and rear on your hind legs two consecutive times. Then I will follow you to the pine tree.

Since I am asking you to take time out of YOUR life to find a silly little accessory for my fawn, I'd like to give you something in return. If you'd like a new accessory for your deer, just name it and I'll do my best to get it for you. If you'd like, I could even draw you a picture and email it to you. You can check out my deviantART account for a sample of my drawings.

If the terms presented here are inconvenient to you in any way, just let me know and I'll be happy to adjust them for you to the best of my abilities.

...Good grief, I'm making this sound like a business transaction. ^^;

You should click eggs/hatchlings you see on this post/thread to add yours. You don't /have/ to, but that's kinda the point. If nobody clicks other people's and just posts theirs, then this is pretty pointless.

Help out your neighbors and they'll help out you!

The object is for your eggies and hatchlings to get more clicks and more unique views so they can grow.

To add your eggies and hatchlings here, you have to use BBCode in the comments. Later on, when you get more eggs to add, you can either edit your comment to add them or post another comment with your new ones. You can also post your scrolls.

questions to you all

Hey guys, as i said i am completely new to this and i have a few questions:

do u really recognize each other with the signs over your heads? or did you get used to the uniqe style of every deer after some time of playing? do you change your looks often? i've played for maybe 4 hours and there are 3 deers i would be able to recognize next time, and its more because their signs look conspicuous (are completely round or squared etc). are there always the same players online or does this change often? i'm also unsure because of time, i am from europe and i dont know how many people play at the endless forest and how users change with time of the day Smiling

do you interact here a lot or is it more in the game? i was surprised that so many players were idle. is this for a special reason? do you use it as screensaver?

lot of questions, maybe you can answer me one or two of them, would be nice!

I have a billion projects i need to work on, and this will be one of those, but I just got myself some hiragana and katakana fonts, and I wanted to offer to make your deer's name in Japanese. |D
Dag did it a while ago and I was intrigued.

I'm not going to be able to whip these out fast because like I said I have a lot on my plate but they don't take too long.

Most everyone's deer's name will be in Katakana, and I'm going to have to make a rough guess as to how it would be pronounced.

A story my boyfriend wrote about a friend of his (this is NOT fiction though). I really think more people should actually read about it, as I found it really inspiring... Take the time to read it, I personally think it's worth it.I'm sorry if you're offended about the fact it's not TEF-related. But I'm certain the community can handle it.
So here it goes.

I'll always be amazed on how much the internet can unite people over large distances, and create friendships just as strong, if not stronger, than those in real life. Among the chaotic highway of websites, forums, blogs all over the web, I have met a lot of people, and many of these have marked me forever. So here I tell a story of one those people, a person who has definitely been one of the highest influences in my mindset towards life. (...)

So after a hearty laugh at myself I dipped back in and found I didn't loose as much as I thought. Unfortunately I lost a lot of my deer's stuff; he had a nice set too. Do I have to jump back onto the old version? Or is there a way to transfer the data? Or would someone be willing the help me get my old things back? Also, any way I can make pelts permanent? I had one that I liked but it washed off when I accidentally fell in the water. I don't want to risk that again....

Well, back to hopping around and figuring out this silly thing.
