I've seen a few deer in the forest that have a permanent God pelt - a white pelt that doesn't ever wear out. Does anyone know how to get this pelt? If so, please leave a comment~! :}

That's the Permadevout pelt, and it's obtained in a very special manner.
I'm not very good at describing, so hopefully someone else will be able to tell you ^^
Sometimes, the pelt doesn't stick. I used to be able to get it on the first try, but nowadays, it takes about 5-6 tries for it to stick.
What I've found to be a good indicator of it sticking is if while you're walking, your deer suddenly goes to sleep, or you see a clone of your deer sit down and "log off."
