can somebody help me get the DotD pelt? i want a set for Skokey when hes more depressed (which is actually never XD) but i just found the coolest set! i already have my antlers and the mask, but i only know a few people who can give me the pelt, and its so hard to ask them in the game >.>

Oh, yes, and...uhh...does anyone know ANYTHING about high ping problems? For I know nothing, and I tried to read about it, and now my brain is jelly. It may be an unfixable problem, but I honestly can't tell because I am definately not a brainiac in these things. I never knew what a ping was until last night, I still kinda don't know XD; But I've googled and it seems like this could be my problem. And I've overlooked it every time I've taken a speed test. (today's ping: 653) My brain's gonna explode. XP

Ehh, whatever, I'm trying to enjoy the game as best I can as it is for me. The community here is great, the graphics are lovely, the creators are kind, I have no reason to give up besides a brick wall. But hey, it's just a wall. I'll get through it one day, mwahaha.

I know I was acting a little funky today...eventually, this will get a diary entry, but to explain it simply...

Walter reminded him of Payton (by wearing, for longer than the other antlers he was sneezing off, the pronghorn antlers while otherwise wearing his "young" set, IE the gazelle pelt and real dear mask) not long after Reina gave him 3 nuzzles in a row (which, while I don't think she meant it that way, is something Seed takes in a romantic way)...which, all togethor, made him sad and confused.

That is pretty much the bare bones of it. There was a lot of other stuff going on in Seed's little emotional brain today that, when collected all at once, made him want to go crazy and run through the forest screaming.

Chapter 5 - Riddles and Tales

Loop opened her eyes to darkness. The groggy doe got to her feet and blinked a few times, shaking harshly. Around her was nothing but blackness, above her, a sparkling blue 'sky'. Though there were no shadows or light, and no bottom to the hole she was standing, she found that she could walk upon the emptiness. When she at last found the strength to speak, she called out, trying not to panic. "Rutilus? Corsair?"

Silence.

"Anyone?"

"Loop!"

It was Swiftkill that leapt forth from the void and skidded in front of her. "I've been looking all over the place for you guys!", she panted. "Where's everyone?" The older doe breathed an inward sigh of relief and adressed her friend. "I...I've no idea. But we need to find them. I don't know...what's going on." Swiftkill bit her lip, but nodded. "Okay. I-I think this whole place looks the same. I don't know how big it is. But," her voice held false hope, "We'll find them! Right?"

"I sure hope so."

It felt like years before they came upon Lieka.

The Queen of Darkness was sitting amidst the blackness, her eyes closed. A qruesome humming was coming from her lips. Swiftkill's face lit up in a smile, and she tried to bolt for the doe, but Loop held her back. "Hold on. I have a feeling this is her territory. I'll go first." Cautiously she stepped forward, and called, "Lieka?"

The Queen's eyes snapped open, and the air seemed to warm. "Wha - Loop?! What are you doing here?!" Her eyebrows arched in anger. "And who's that?"

Loop winced. "We...fell in here, I think. It wasn't our doing. Where...where are we?"

Lieka flared and jumped to her feet. "You're in MY realm. The Deermuda. And you shouldn't be! Only those who -" She stopped, snorted, and gained control of herself. "Listen. I wish I could help you get out. But I can't...not now." Loop cocked her head, fear creeping into her mind. "Why not? Don't you know how?"

(i spent half an hour on ms paint tinkering with images, heh, no fancy art programs for me)

I wonder who she's squishing. She is actually trying to squish them all one by one, MWAHAHA.

(no offense meant to who she is squishing, i just had to place her SOMEWHERE)

Been all over the place emotionally recently, so forgive me if I act wierd. :/ Just thought I'd let people know before I offend someone, 'cos I think I nearly have! *nuzzle*

For some reason, not a single deer in the forest has acknowledged me since I got on this morning. It isn't pleasant. -_- Just venting, I suppose. You can ignore this if you want.
