1.) Did you know bobing for apples comes from the romans? It was how they would worship one of there gods?
2.) Did you know that people would call there childrens in early so that the ghost won't posses them? Becuase of they believed in the rising of spirits on this night they would hide there children, turn of all the lights to make there house look cold, then parade around. They wore outfits and made tons of noise and stuff to scare the bad spirits -make lots of niose at the abio if you don't want a spirit to posses you!-
3.) Did you know, that in Ireland worshipers would wear mask of that looked alot like things in nature to scare away demons?
4.) Did you know that Jack was actually believed in some religions to be a real guy? A trickster he was and he one day came along satan and told him to climb up a tree for some reason. He marked the stump of the tree so satan couldn't come down. He asked satan to free him from satans tricks. But sadly, when he died, he did so much wrong he couldn't get to heaven and satan didn't like him. So satan gave Jack a trunip with a candle in it so he could forever walk the world in darkness, forever in between hell and heaven. But today instead of a turnip we use a pumpkin, thus the creation of the Jack-o-Lantern.
That's all for now? Just wanted to post some little info on some peeps most Fav holiday

And gravestones and happiness. I shall skip around now. Vein shall take the stage. But I'm not sure if I should have fake fog or real fog. I think fake, because real is too hard for me to load.
EDIT: Wish me luck. I'm even having troubles -connecting- nowadays. I never used to. Only picto problems.

Here is a list of people I plan to draw in the near future on iScribble (And if you're on this list, don't even THINK about talking me out of drawing you!) :
- Draak
- Trinket
- Two Ears
- Mayar
- Sarah
And I have another project that I will do for the whole community later.
I also need to get a reference for an infected from Divine Protection.
Currently I am not *really* taking requests unless you've never had your deer drawn (or if they've been drawn like once or twice). But I don't get a lot of computer time so....yeah....

As the forest and my fellow Deer ready themselves for the All Hallow's Eve celebration I can feel an electricity in the air. Every day as I wonder I will find that wall of fog, and can hear the bats flittering above me, and hear their almost imperceptible language of squeaks and squeals. The Big Zombie Deer, that God of Death, is always asleep when I find Him, but I know that soon He shall awaken and we shall celebrate Death - and in a circular way, Resurrection, as well.
The velvet on my antlers is, for the second time in my life, shedding, and my antlers itch something aweful. As well, I'm feeling antsy. I'm wishing I had another Stag to compete with - not to harm, but to release all this energy.
Maybe, some day, competition will be allowed by the Twins.

[=yellow] The wind rattled the bare leaves,
who had hung onto the branch longer than their kin. The wind whipped by the fur in a hurry.
Another year.
Through the mist, she emerges. A select few run to her side. Yet others remain skeptical of this shady doe. She dosen't keep to tradition of cutting her antlers, showing her femininity... She cannot see, she cannot hear, she cannot speak. All the more reason to hate her. Fawns rush to her side, finding comfort to one they recognize. The one they knew never wore a costume, on such an occasion. The ruins were always where they gathered. A spot that remained a mystery in the forest. The forest, which no human ever set foot on, and yet the remains of whom dwelled.
Far up, on a peek of stone and debris, hung a bell. Scathed by time, and weather. Rejection had turned this once shiny copper bell, into a green rusty bowl. The entire side of the bell, was cracked. It was the only thing in the whole forest, she ever loved as much as the nameless and the fawns. As much as the candles atop her head, giving her aura light, and showing her spirit the way-- while her own eyes could not.
Back then, my dear fawn if you listened hard enough-- you could hear the bell ringing faintly in the wind and fog. But only when it was windy and foggy did it toll. Slightly. It gave some comfort, it gave others fear and some didn't hear it at all. But this doe knew what it was, and it was the only thing in the world she could hear. She couldn't hear the speech of the gods, nor the whisper of a frightened fawn, nor the loving words of a stag-- only the tolling of the old copper bell...

It will soon be snowing in the Endless Forest -- and in Maine! I live in Maine, and I can smell the snow in the air. It's going to snow very soon, I think. The air has that bitter bite to it.
Tomorrow is Halloween. My sister's pumpkin rotted today, and she's kinda disappointed. Mine was green when I bought it (everyone told me not to buy a green one...) and now it is perfectly ripe for Halloween. We never get many trick-or-treaters, but we might this year. I have some childhood friends who are boys who come every year, and there are some kids I babysit who are certain to stop by.
I hope everyone else around the world has a great Halloween!!! Lemme know how your Halloween was, what costumes you saw, what candy you got/handed out, etc. May you have a spooky day!

Skokey fidgeted.
The tallish man sat in his chair, swaying back and forth, waiting for the clock to strike the next hour. His dyed black hair, aside from ginger bangs, was anxiously smoothed out in an attempt to calm himself. It was almost time.
Fenqua hadn't been home for quite some time. She had a few things she needed to take care of. A few things Skokey had no power over, even though he attempted to help. She even took the twins with her, for some odd reason. He thought she was going to show them off to her friends. He was eagerly awaiting her return. The man jumped when he heard a knock at the door.
Skokey made his way down to the door. "Oh, hey Fulu. What's up?"
The young woman smiled, squinting her black eyes slightly. "Just thought I'd drop by, see how you were. I know Fenqua isn't here right now. You must be lonely all by yourself."
"Yeah, well... That's what TV is for, right?"
Fulu looked behind him. "... The TV is off."
Skokey looked behind him, and blushed lightly. "Well, maybe I didn't feel like watching it..."
Skokey let Fulu in. She kicked off her skaters and hopped up the stairs. She looked a lot like Skokey, you could tell they were siblings. Their faces seemed to be the same shape, and their noses were definately the same. The only thing different about their faces were their eyes. Skokey's dull hazel eyes seemed always half closed, while Fulu's shiny black eyes were normally wide open.
Skokey sat himself on the couch, shifting his body so he was lying on it. He pulled his arms up and put his hands under his head, making his black shirt come up a little. Fulu, walking passed him, slapped his exposed stomach, causing him to yell and move his hands back down.
"So, anything new with you?" She said, twirling her dark brown hair.
