Death of Maarnakh

Maarnakh limped off, looking down. He barely managed to advance through the forest, each step an excruciating pain for him. At last, the birch forest. Better die here than at the pond where all could see him. In a last effort he sat down and lay his jaw on the ground. There was a huge gash in his belly. That last fight had been too much. If only he hadn't seen these two stags bullying a fawn...nothing would have happened. Too late to change the past, though. There was no other solution but to wait, wait until death laid his cold hands on his heart.
'Maarnakh!'
A stag trotted up toward him, joyfully at first, until he saw the wound.
"No..." he breathed, "No, this can't be!"
No response.
"It's okay," he gasped, "It's nothing, I can heal it, I..."
He touched the lying deer. His body was stiff and cold.
"NO!" he bellowed, "MY SON! NO!"
Without further ado he raced through the trees, ignoring the others' strange look, until he reached the hill and the statue.
"Twin Gods!" he boomed, "I sent my son here so he could be safe! And you let him die! Are you proud of yourselves? Bastards! I hate you! I don't care if you curse me or anything, I'm not afraid of you! Bastards!"
Thunder rolled. A deep voice resounded inside his head.
"Eporax! We are indeed very sad for you and your son. We..."
"Shut up!"
"Please listen, Eporax..."
"Never! Maarnakh was all I had left, and God knows if I'll avenge him!"
"Please, you must..."
"Leave me! Never talk to me again! Get out of my life!"
With that he sprinted away, death to the Gods' supplications, locked inside his anger and his misery....

From now on I will be using the stag Eporax, a very dark and unlikeable character. Be prepared, and watch out for your fawns!

Lemon's Journal - August 4, 2009

I awoke with the intention of making myself scarcely seen. I tripped carefully through the forest, my ears pointed alertly in all directions, attempting to find a place where I would not be bothered. I moved along the circumference of the pond – a pathetic choice in hiding places, and an obvious sign that I was sorely needing companionship, since the pond was always the most popular hangout – and yet, I was astonished to find it eerily abandoned. I listened more intently, and discovered the reason quite quickly – there was a rather large din being made some distance off; more violence. With a sigh, I found myself meandering in the direction of the clustered deer, wondering why I found myself so increasingly drawn to fights and scuffles, this way. Perhaps it is the mother in me, making me wait like a vulture for some injured fool to come stumbling out of the fray, so that I might rush in and nurse the poor dear to health and comfort his wounds. I hope it is this – I pray – and not some sinister part awakening, some lust for blood making it’s unwanted appearance.

I found first a little miniature deer – only a small amount shorter than I – who seemed absolutely disheartened at the sight before him. I inquired as to what in the world all of the noise was about, but my new companion was of little aid: and so I set about, instead, attempting to lift his spirits and encourage him to ignore the disturbance in the distance. We made a little party among ourselves, and were quickly joined by a quirky nameless deer, who seemed eager to be painted with the lavish pelt spells, but would only grow frustrated when they wore off.

Just a question

I was wondering, is there a way to skip the long, boring intro in the beginning of the game? I would love to know...

Kun :D

So I've decided that my deer's name will be Kun, which means "Earth" in Chinese =u=
The pelt I'd like was a stony color..and his antlers were like a caribou, and he had the simple mask that encircles the eyes~

So awesome it hurts......

M'kay kidlets, I am back from my trip to New Orleans/Jacksonville and it was soooooo awesome.

When I get some pictures developed I'll upload a few to tell you about New Orleans, but for now I just wanted to let you know that I'm back, feel free to fill me in on anything that I missed.

More good news, in a week I move back in with my parents and hopefully (more than likely, actually) my computer will pick up internet again and I can have the forest back up and running.

But why my awesomeness hurts....one I fell asleep at the pool and got burned pretty bad, but now it's a rocking tan. But the kicker is that I crashed a scooter and tore my foot open, yay 8D Lol but it was actually kinda funny cuz when I crashed I jumped back up and went, "THAT WAS AWESOME!!!.........ow......hey look my foot is bleeding." everyone was all panicky and D8 and I was laughing.......then I was told that I "had some balls" as I bandaged it. It still kinda hurts to walk on it, but it's better. Lol, though I did get some stares at the airport yesterday as I limped around XD

Lemon's meme (Ohgod)

lol. So instead of doing anything PRODUCTIVE, I decided to do the TEF meme! |D
Sorry for the chicken scratch handwriting.
If you need to know what anything says, just ask.
...Not that there's anything intelligent here to be said.

Also, I got SUPER lazy at the end (not that I wasn't at the beginning). Sorry!
