But seriously, maybe they /did/ come up with that name, or just found it somewhere. If not, just be flattered that they liked the name 'Emiva' enough to use it as there own.
When all is said and done, you did not technically 'create' the name, it's not copyrighted to you. There are a few companies operating under the name Emiva, maybe this person knows the company and liked the name? Sure it is not as popular as 'Jen', but it is a name none-the-less. I just don't want any name drama, the person goes by 'Emiva4', which I admit isn't ideal but at least it isn't identical!
