I've had an idea that sorta gives people the opportunity to interact with each other with a common close knit thing. THE PREMISE OF THIS IS interaction, close knit family type structure but without any expectations, dRAMA and or possible violence, free reign designs AND activity.
I'll try and think up some activity prompts to promote easy RP between people.

Because of my personal experience I wanna lay this out before anything else! :{
I want people to be able to enjoy this and be 100% comfortable! Anyone ruining enjoyment by being OOCly inconsiderate is apt to be booted from this (can keep the design and character ofc tho). I don't believe in taking characters away from people but when it comes to being unnecessarily inconsiderate, cruel or judgemental, aS A HUMAN BEING, that won't jive. 3:
ON THE OTHER HAND, there is no IC circumstance that could possibly happen that would make me ask you to remove your character from the fun. S'A PROMISE.
BUT please, before you do anything major that can ICLY effect characters in a REEEEALLY negative way, just talk it out! Not so anyone can be like 'no', just so they can have a heads up or time to prepare.

THIS BOY (with unfinished art and design lmao) is Ioten's younger, teen sibling. Little jolly rabbitlover- even calls himself Rabbit. He's real friendly, maybe too happy, and has a good sense of humor, takes after his brother minus the eating innocent people thing.
he's also a leader of the Igøtte's (headworld's sorta mafiayakuza) younger division and will chop off your limbs if you do a badbad.
HE'S NOT A 'NEW' character by any means but he'd be new to tef!

BECAUSE
I thought it might be fun to invite other people to create members of his 'gang'! It'd give people a 'reason' to interact with each other which is sometimes hard to come across? There are different roles in the gang so your kids won't have to be purely violent- most aren't, some are.
They'll be close knit, and loyal!
Outside of TEF, they'd generally run around the city keeping things copacetic. If there are other gangs stirring shit, these gUYS AND GALS typically lay the smackdown on the aggressors, and aren't the aggressors themselves (without reason) against innocents. They also have access to Tyria, BDO, and a bunch of other worlds, SO IF ICLY YOU WANNA STICK YOUR CHARACTER IN THERE, bLAM, go for it. Game missions can count as IC missions, so you can solo RP!
It's most likely they'd have a humanoid form but if you don't want that, IDM.
They'll have a base that once again is optional. Rabbit lives there. MAYBE 3030939839 KIDS LIVE THERE.
THERE ARE RULES, but mostly IC rules tbh, and those can be broken for X t r a.. f u n . Those can be discussed over discord if anyone's interested! Keep in mind there'll be consequences! Rabbit is missing limbs and hides his face for a reason.
The only OOC rules are p much guidelines actually now that i think about it

1) IT mAkes sense for the characters to be between 12 and 17. ANYONE YOUNGER OR OLDER WOULDN'T BE IN THE.. DIVISION SO SIGH. when your character ages up they'll 'graduate' from the division and you can do w/e you want with them! By then they'll probably have a buncha buddies and established connections even outside of their Igotte members!
THAT SAID ON THE AGE ASPECT, younger characters can be allowed in special circumstances. They won't be in on missions until they age up and Rabbit will baby them rly bad and smooch their head a lot be warned. But he'll also let them backflip off a cliff if they wanna.

3) CommUNICATE COMMUNICATE COMMUNICATE O>O if you have a problem with something or someone within the plot/story/players/characters, please bring it up.
4) This won't be Arvis based for pERsONaL REASONS. Your characters can come based from AAANYWHERE you want. Rabbit can easily add in people he comes across if he likes them. (for example, he can be world traveling and come across ur lil oc curled up on a corner cryin n shite)
5) IT'D ALSO MAKE SENSE IF THE CHARACTERS WERE ORPHANS? Or at the least, from a neglectful or less than stellar family. If you have a pre-existing character you rlyrly want in but they have parents, we can definitely discuss it! I can't promise but I'LL TRY MY BEST.
6) Rabbit has a second in command! If multiple people want their character to have that rank, WE'LL FIGURE IT OUT SOME WAY. an IC battle (maybe a flip of a coin that'll define who wins ahue) oR SOMETHING. If this causes any 'ugh' oocly I'll just NPC the second in command CRIES

Rookies have no masks, Qarriets have simple masks and Ciekhs get masks similar to Rabbit's! An animal mask (any animal rly EXCEPT!1 SNAKES and ravens/crows because of some cultural aspects within Rabbit's world lore). YOU DON'T HAVE TO INCORPORATE IT INTO THEIR DESIGN if you rly don't like it though ahue..
7) YOU DoN't need to be active on TEF! yOU DON'T .. need to be part of tef at all tbh... your character never needs to come into tef. ever.. it ok..

you don't have to be active AAAT all. your character will still be considered part of the 'group' of other characters and any time anyone feels like dropping in, they can do it! it's pretty simple to assume that characters are doing their thing and playing their part eue
there's no obligation to be in any games, or rp or anything at any point you're not able or any point you don't feel like it
