Rats! ;;

So I finally have them, two little boys ;; Keith and Charlie, named after members of the Rolling Stones, of course |: The store I went to first didn't have any males, but they phoned up the one in the next town and they said they had six males so Gran and I headed on over there. When I got there, the first thing I saw was this scruffy black-and-white rat just curled in a corner looking lazy, and I just thought 'Keith!'. Gran then pointed out a pretty little red-eyed, cream-and-white one that seemed to hang around the other a lot, so that was set too |: There was a much prettier black-and-white one, but I was set on my scruffy little bastard |:

The funny thing is, they fit the personalities of the people they're named after so damn well. Watching the worker guy trying to catch Keith was hilarious, man, I thought he'd never give up |: Charlie was much more docile, even when I took them out of their boxes to put them in the cage; I couldn't pick Keith up because he's so nervous right now, but Charlie just lay there as if to say 'well, okay'. I'm playing music for them to get them used to the noise and just sdkfjshdf ;; babies <3 When we were in the car, Charlie kept poking his nose into Keith's box as if checking he was okay ;; I feel bad because Keith's so scared, but I'm sure he'll be alright.

I'll update this with pictures when I get the chance, I don't have a camera so |:
