My vow to you all

This goes out to you, whoever you are reading this.

There's too much hate in the world, so this is my vow to you.

I love you, regardless of who you are, and I am here for you when life gets rough.

If someone's giving you a hard time for who you are, talk to me.

If you need advice of any kind, talk to me.

If you're ready to give up on life, talk to me.

Don't ever give up on hope, there's always something to live and fight for.

If we had problems in the past, it's been long forgiven and forgotten.

Don't ever hesitate to talk to me if you need help or just need someone to listen.

This started with hearing

This started with hearing that a friend of mine was being discriminated against at his workplace for being gay and that he wanted to find another job, but he worked so hard to get through college to be a geologist that it's awful thinking he's unhappy because of bullying.

I want everyone to know that there's someone out there who will listen and try to help the best he can. I know how hard it can be when you really need to talk to someone but you don't know who to go to. I've been there before, it's a terrible feeling when you think you're alone.

But you're not alone, there are people out there who are feeling the same way you do. And there are people out there willing to help make life better if you let them.

Just look at my current situation. I'm on my very last course before I graduate from college, and I've failed the course once. But if I fail again, my professors will help me get my diploma a different way. If it wasn't for them, I would be absolutely devastated with this course.
