More experienced air sitting questions?

I have seen deer do mini-hops mid-air instead of full jumps, and turn with mini-hops mid-air as well.

Anyone know how to do this? <:

It's normally a case of being "right there" for me, and a mini-hop or turn would normally correct my placement, rather than start all over.

I know you can do one

I know you can do one "mini-hop" if you stand up quickly, spam the H button and quickly press esc again.
As for turning, Starling once told me this, but I always fail at it :B
"Try clicking on the floor but really close to your deer and it should turn around . When you're about to get up, click where you want to move with you mouse (keeping in mind you're clicking on the floor) and keep clicking and clicking but only click to somewhere which is only a short distance away and then quickly press escape as usual to sit in the air again."

I don't know how to do the very precise stuff like several jumps [edit: I mean hops by this, not leaps]+ turning. I don't believe anyone has ever mentioned on the tefc how it works, but I've seen people do it.

I can turn only by accident

I can turn only by accident /: lol

But for mini hopping -

Forward:
Hit your up arrow key once in order to start getting up. Once about half your action bar appears, spam "H" so you hop and then immediately hit ESC to sit down again. You can do this multiple times.

Backward:
Same again - up arrow key to stand - but then hold your backwards arrow key. Spam "H" when half your action bar appears, and you'll hop backwards. Press ESC immediately as before.
This is handy if you've just missed your mark.

I say half action bar because if you spam "H" to early, you end up hopping on the spot and have to start again.
