It’s a troubling thing.
It could be the greatest thing in your life and give you much happiness, or it could be the worst thing in your life and give you much hurt and pain.
Or it could give you both.
Love is very confusing.
If you have ever loved you know the great feeling that encases your whole spirit. It fills up your heart and takes control over your mind. You may do stupid things that ruin your life, or great things that fulfill your dreams. The thing you love may not love you back, but you still can’t get away from them.
That is how I feel.
I cannot drag myself away from him, nor can I bring myself to tell him my feelings. I do not know the difference between right and wrong anymore. The only right is being near him, to see him. To at least feel his presence is the greatest joy in my life. To see his regal stature, his fur as golden as wheatgrass blow, his grey eyes twinkle with a gentle understanding, his elegant antlers balancing his frame, and the mask, as brown as chocolate and hard as stone.
And then I think of myself; a muscular frame, not slender, shaggy opaque fur, the darkest of slate blue eyes, stubs as an excuse for antlers, and the beak of a magpie. Entire opposites, yet I feel I could stay with him my entire life.
Yet for now I watch.
I watch from a distance, longing for him.
I long for his love and care.
I would hope your luck is better than mine, and that he will return my feelings one day. I can only hope and pray he will. I can only pray... And wait.

Her misses Esll. It's partially the reason she hasn't been in the forest much; or, if she is, it's for a very short period of time. She's grown to believe all men are barbaric and that love is just a lie to hurt someone. I haven't been able to persuade her otherwise and she's been doing horribly, so I'm worried for her safety and concerned that she's hurting whoever she is with just because of jealousy... ~~

No really, he's very observant. And cuz he knew she was there watching him, he felt kinda awkward and nervous, hence the blush. ^^; Too much shyness!
Thas actually the second time I've drawn a scene like that, only the other is a sketch ( that I can't show yet -_-) of Magnet looking up at the Sunbeam while Aspen peaks out from behind the Ruins entrance. He doesn't notice her in that one, but this one is supposed to show that now he's aware she's there and having a harder time acting natural when she's watching.
I think we need to smack both our deer and shove them together.. >.>

'Not surprising he notices her, since a magpie pelt doesn't exactly match with Birch trees and the Ruins. ;B She fails so much; I should really just slap her hard, wait 'till she calms down, and make her prance towards him. Although that would ruin her reputation and such, and I would be dead. <: So I think she'll stick to watching for now, no matter how much I shove at her. Vipin's been teasing her a lot though, so it'll be sooner than I thought. 8U
