The only way to get a different pictogram is to either register a new one or to get one that has already been registered from another player who no longer wants it. If you get the pictogram from another player, the password usually can't be changed (pictogram trading is discouraged by the game creators, as they were overwhelmed with password changing requests), so you'll have to be alright with that.
