Roman gaped at the sceane he was witnessing. (wh-wh-what's happening?!) he thought to himself. He knew it certianly wasn't good and he probably should be far away from this scene right now, but he couldn't resist the urge to follow.

He quickly got up from his spot and quietly trotted after them, making sure to stay a safe distance behind so as they couldn't see, hear, or smell him. He had to find out more, this was the adventure he had been waiting for!

Clementine was in a daze after she tackled her brother. It was alomst like she was unconsious, but she was alive and awake, thinking about nothing. Suddenly she blinked and noticed her family was gone around her.

Her eyes widened and she let out a distressed bleat. She looked around franitcally and bleated many more times. She was going to run off and try to find her family, but she thought it was safer to stay in one spot.

And so she sat down, shivering, waiting for her family if they would ever find her again. She wouldn't let herself cry just yet, she held onto the inch of hope that she had.

Shane noticed Clem a little away and ran to her when he came to her he smiled ''Clementine'' he nuzzled her

Clementine blinked. She didn't spot her father not too far away. She was suprised, but then again, she was a fawn, she would always be suprised. She bounced up quickly and nuzzled her father's chest back, stuffing her face into his chest furs.

She inhaled and sighed. Life was hectic for a little fawn not paying attention. She squeaked as an apology and looked around once more. Momma? Where was momma? "Da-dee. Where did momma gooo?" She quickly adopted her origional tone, more immature and baby like, rather than being mature and firm around her brother. Her brother needed to be handeled frimly, she sensed it.

She squished up next to Shane and sniffled, immedately focusing her attention onto a rock. She stared at it. It stared back. She jumped at it. It didn't move. Was it ignoring her? She snorted defiantly.

Forgetting about her mother for a second she lunged at the rock and grasped it in her mouth, tossing it away. Shurely she had gotten it's attention. She stood squarely and peered at the rock. It didn't look back. So she huffed and looked away. This thing was no fun to play with, although it did taste funny.

Clementine snorted. Daddy wasn't worried where momma was? Wait, there wern't any apple trees in the endless forest. She narrowed her eyes and turned to her father. "Daddy, are you sure? I don't think theres and apple trees in the Forest, hmm."

She felt confused. It felt like her father was lying to her, and wasn't worried about her mother. Suddenly, she smelled the air and caught a whiff of Roman and galloped off in his direction, a bit nervous and mad at her dad. She knew Roman was close to mommy, he wouldn't be off alone.

Diablo was in the middle of a rear when his ear twitched in the sound of the fawns' hoofbeats. ZiraBay had also froze. She glanced around and spotted the fawns in the distance. Diablo gave her a devious grin and galloped after them.

ZiraBay's heart skipped a beat. "Nooo! Don't!" She started after the fawns, running as fast as her legs could take her.

"You moron!" Roman called after her sharply, just like any brother would do. He galloped right after Clem right on her tail. he was so focused on tackling her he was surprised to see her veer, and before he knew it he was right in Diablo's face. Roman let out a gasp but quickly jumped forward, his sharp little hooves pointing forward to hopefully peirce his skin.

Shane had passed out.

Clementine huffed and clenched her teeth, god this Diablo was a handful. She slunk away from Diablo and another deer, and ran to her mother, shaking. "M-momma? Momma, are you alright?" She sniffed her mother and layed down next to her, placing her head on her side. She could hear her heartbeat, so she closed her eyes and lay there with her head on her mothers side, listening to her heartbeat; Hoping it would never stop.

Roman hissed at Diablo but nothing more, he wouldn't dare leave his mother's side. That doe would just have to face Diablo by herself, even if she was going to get murdered by him.

Haunted smiled. allthough Diablo was evil. she was to, and he couden't kill her.

Diablo eyed the white doe with curiousity. "So, what brings you to these parts of the forest?" Diablo asked her. He was glad to have his own body and not speak out of a does'. He had plans for his new life in a young, tough body...

"Ahhh...So you are a predator as well?" Diablo said with a smirk. It wasn't much of a question, and he knew that. "I'm assuming this..."Shane" is your prey."

Diablo gave a small, hearty laugh. "Well, she's not mine. As in...my mate. I've never had one, haha. But when part of ZiraBay's mother's spirit left, I in. I'm a demon from Hell...And I do mean that Hell. Bayleen's spirit went to Heaven. I figured- it's my turn. So ever since her birth, I've tormented her inside her mind. She's my...how shall I say...project. And now, I can torment her physically now- because my body was able to come into the forest once some people took me out of her head."

Diablo gave a quick nod to the zombie-horse. He cleared his throat and took a step forward. "Hello, miss," Diablo said to the stranger. "I am Diablo...And you are....?"

Roman, seeing the zombie, jumped backwards and fell to the ground slipping on mud. He looked around hesitating before jumping back up and hopping back over to his mother. "Mom? Wake up mom!" He hissed in a whisper, "Mom we have to leave now!" And with that he began nudging his mothers head, trying his best trying to make it lift.

Roman looked wide eyed at the horse. "N-n-no!" He stammered, his body beginning to shiver as he stood over his mother. "G-g-go away!"

Roman looked up at her, almost already trusting her. (Can I trust her?) Roman looked up at the zombie thing, what was he doing? he just met the thing. (No! She's playing a trick!) Roman flattened his ears "How do I know I can trust you!" He challenged, being the rebel that he is.

Roman stared at the eyeball and almost puked. (An eyeball!? GROSS!) He quickly swallowed back his puke and snatched the eye away from her, placing it under his longer fur in his back, forcing his body not to tremble so it wouldn't slip off his back.

Roman looked down at his mother and than back up at the horse before tearing his hooves away from the ground where he stood and walked a few yards away to watch what the zombie was going to do.

Zira had began to wake, but only faintly. When she was on Scarlet's back, she had mustered to open her eyes only for a few seconds. Her eye-sight was still a bit fuzzy and blurry, since she was weak. But she could make out a few figures. She closed her eyes again and fell back asleep.

Diablo glanced at Scarlet and the others. He made no motion to stop them or harm them. The stag scoffed and looked back at Haunted.

Roman looked after the zombie horse, knowing he'd have to follow her, she had his mother. He trotted smoothly after her, making sure not to have the eye fall off his back.
