Chapter 4 - The Abandoned Ruins

The air was much colder than normal. The winds howled through hollowed structures that haven't been inhabited for years. A small town, once thriving with humans, had long been forgotten. The buildings were crumbling, the windows smashed or boarded up, and several old things sat in the streets, left for reasons unknown. The area had a strange feel, that could only be felt by two shivering creatures who were passing through.

Their hoofs echoed on the broken streets. Zephyr led her brother, who walked slower than normal and was taking deeper breaths. The doe stopped for a moment, "Axie?", she asked. Her brother looked up, "Can we take a break? I'm a little tired." Zephyr gave a slight smile and nodded.

The two found a spot of grass where a small park had been. Axie collapsed on the soft ground, grimacing as he extended one of his back legs. Zephyr sat and observed her brother. His leg had a gash that ran down the side. A small amount of blood had stained his fur, and the skin was darker and slightly bloated than it should be. Zephyr had never noticed that her brother's leg was slowly rotting. "Axie, why didn't you tell me?", she questioned him at once. The young deer sighed, "I thought it would heal along the way. It has only been hurting now...", he replied.

Zephyr at once had a horrible realization...that her brother may not make the journey. She turned her head, looking away from him as she shuddered and closed her eyes. He's going to die..., she thought to herself, and then couldn't help but start to sob. Axie knew that she was crying, and he tried to comfort her, "Sis, it's fine. I'm not in a whole lot of pain...", but he knew it wasn't helping, and her sister shook her head, still looking away.

Halogen - "Giddyup, horsie! D:"

Quad watches as the purple flowers devour Halogen.


Halogen - "NO! I WON'T BE EATED!!"


Halogen - "AAAHH!! NOOOOOO!!!!!"

Taiko arrives and Quad gets turned into a dove.


Quad - "Oww! Don't step on me!"


Pep - "Is it dead?"


Quad - "Wha...what are you doing?!"

This is a little late, since this was all from this morning, but today was crazy! I had a lot of fun hanging out with the deer today!


I thought I'd have Quad wear one of his alternate sets - the "green lion" one.

Today was interesting. I met some nice deer, and got to hang out with a few I know.


A fawn gave me flowers as soon as I woke up. This looks kinda wierd on a zombie stag!


A few of my new friends that I was hanging with today.


VALA!!!! And this fawn was silly. They knew how to sit-slide so they kept doing it.




Quad - "Aah! I'm having a heart attack!! "
Vala - "But I don't know CPR!! "


Quad - "I'm ok! "


I tried to teach my new friends how to do the listen spin thing...


but we ended up dancing instead.

Sorry this is a little late. I wish I could have stayed on last night but the game crashed and then I had other stuff I had to do. Still, it was fun yesterday, and ALL THE PEEPS!! XD

After a quick relocation, we find my adoptive mother, Ephra!!

- What will be the name of the city or town I will live in?
- What state will that be in (or what country)?
- What will my house look like?
- What will my neighborhood look like?
- Will my neighbors like me?
- What kind of car will I have?
- What color car will it be?
- What company will I work for?
- What will be my title (profession)?
- How much money will I make?
- Will I still be interested in the things I like today?
- What will the weather be like wherever I live?
- What will I look like?
- Will I be in love with someone or will I be single?
- How different will Brandy be then than she is now?
- Will I have any other pets?

Just some thoughts...
