Bast's general thoughts right now: he's not happy with what Dark did, since what he learned about everyone being mourned - even a vile being - is being proven true again. But that doesn't mean he won't defend Dark from anyone who tries to mess with him in revenge or something like that. He can't really say much on the matter, since he learned that the hard way and all. |D (The "evil king being mourned by his son" thing.)
Perhaps now would be when Bast explains that part of his past. XD;

Bast figured Wesker pushed Dark over the edge (again) since he recalled Dark explaining about the grave being desecrated that one time. It's why Bast disliked Wesker. |D Also why his philosophy (or whatever you wanna call it) is so fitting in this situation.
Yea, of course he's still his buddy. Even annoyed at him and wanting to smack him over the head with those antlers, that doesn't mean he'd declare "We are no longer friends." Bast has done stupid stuff himself. XD; He just learned from it. And he'd fight out of defense too.

And he went fawn mostly out of stress and some guilt. Too many deer around made him start to get uneasy, and instead of aggression he flipped personalities into a fawn. |D

But after seeing Wesker alive again, Darkweaver was able to be forgiven, but Vir will try to stop him from fighting to the death again.
And also, Shimmy's character, it's "Silence", not "Silent". :3
Thank you for showing me Laghodessa's grave, Dark.. it meant a lot to me that you allowed me to place flowers on her grave with you. When I am there, I will try to remember to do so.. I know she meant very much to you.

I do the same, no worries. xD Which is why I think she's so conflicted. xD;; I don't think Kaoori even hates Dark. She's just.. I don't even know how to describe it. I wish I could. Wesker hasn't brainwashed her or anything, he would never do that.
i think she still has a hard time dealing with the whole he killed wesker thing.. and as she gets closer to wesker, it's harder on her. i don't think she truly hates him .. but this is a really hard position for her to be in. ^^;
I think Dark's still trying to beg her forgiveness on that. XD It drives him nuts when he thinks any doe-friend is upset with him. XD Falls in line with the whole 'respect and cherish all does unconditionally' thing he has. XD But he cares a lot about Kaoori and her opinions, more than he lets on... but not at the love level. (no wrong idea plz. XD)
If Kaoori wasn't so angsty/confused, she'd probably be honored to hear that. :B She just has a lot on her own to sort out in her mind..
