About the pricing, I would always start with smaller prices (10-20 dollars/euro/pounds) to test the water, cause commissioning someone new I'd want to test too and see if I like what I get. If you're getting a solid amount of commissions after that feel free to raise it, that would be my advice- maybe someone else can chip in too?
