Daneth is my rarely played stag character. I like him a lot, and always have a very clear idea of what he’s about, and what he’s saying whenever I play him…but Herla doesn’t like to share the lime light so he’s just ends up crammed in the basement and ignored the vast majority of the time.

Anyways, I had been wanting to redesign him for some time, decided to give him a real dear face, the skull face was just too difficult to show expression and I was growing more displeased with that when drawing him. To tie in the skull used in game however I made his piebald markings reminiscent of a skull. Over all he is very heavily influenced by his in game set, thus the Irish Elk antlers that I think the zombie antlers most closely resemble. And back to the orca pelt, as I like the stark black and white markings. Maybe someday the wings can make a reappearance or perhaps there will be special circumstances in which he has them. But over all I find I most like to play him a pretty typical stag in anatomy as well as attitude in forest.
