I agree with Vault.

Most, if not all, of the people on TEF get downright rude once they find their friends. Us loners who find this place by themselves, and those of us that have no friends on here, we are completely ignored. I faced three months of this. I'm getting sick of it. IT is easier to make friends. There is no 'status' as I've seen here. There arn't ten people running the show, while the rest of us get ignored. I agree with Ver, too. Most people in this game take things way too personally. What happens in the forest, stays in the forest. No need to bring that drama out here.

Vault, I thank you for trying to find friends on IT. It was a kind thing for you to do. I will understand if you leave TEF, because I'm on the brink of doing the same myself. I don't beleive I actually can leave, but i can try.

Not outright rude, but ignoring poeple is rude enough. I've ever seen some outright rude people get praised. Not often, but it happens.

For one, many of my comments go unanswered.

Two, I've been walking in the forest for about two hours now, and noone has come to say hello. I know that my internet is working.

Three, you haven't talked to me since I got here until now. Don't worry, it's not just you. Almost eveyone does this. Do humans gravitate towards the one that causes the most drama, or raises the most noise? Why can't us quiet people be spoken to before we have to go to these lengths? I don't know. And no, this doesn't just happen in TEF, IT does it too. I guess I'm just ranting at the world. Sorry about that.

You can't expect all your comments to be answered. Some people just don't have the time, or a good worthwile answer. One should not always blame the rest, and look to themselves too what they can change.

I always come to say hello. Sometimes I find Sambreel to sit next to my little Polt, while I was away for a moment. That always makes me smile. But try to run up to others too. Sometimes for example, I'm in company, and I find it rude to run off from those to go to a friend. So I hope that friend might visit me instead. If your deer is shy, it's most likely they won't socialize a lot, but that also means not a lot of people will run up to you, scared they might chase you off.

You just said yourself you're a quiet person, right? Quiet persons don't talk a lot. I'm sorry but there is no rule for getting loads of comments or a lot of praise. I've been here for over a year now, and have never really been in the spotlight. Allright, Polt is pretty known right now, but maybe you should try and be happy with what you have. Having loads of comments doesn't mean you have a lot of friends. The amount of friends is also not important. You can have 1 really awesome friend, or 5 less awesome friends, but more likely friendly people. You can't go count people who talk to you, and out of that find yourself to be "populair" or not. Uh, what I mean is, people aren't trying to ignore the more quiet ones. We're not that bad. But it happens, because quiet ones also talk less. Going DRAMADRAMADRAMA might get you more comments, but not more friends.

HAD TO LET IT OUT. I'm not mad at you Serynn, you're a great person really. But so many people are complaining about a non excisting thing; populairity.

Okay, I've noticed some people go WAY beyond the point of this drawing (not talking about Her and Dannii with the 69 thing XD).

I don't think anyone ever said you had to make a choice between TEF and IT, and still I read some of your comments and get the impression people really think that was said. The only thing Raz, me and some others thought, was to leave IT stuff on IT and TEF stuff on TEF. It's obvious and pure logic. It doesn't mean you can't play both games. I mean, go ahead!

And I want to point another thing out, for people feeling ignored by us rude TEF people. Yeah sorry, that comment really bugged me. ;o
I mean... we are people. We have LIFES. You can't expect us to browse TEF all day and comment on every little thing that's posted. That's just too much, especially with our growing amount of members. I always try to greet new people and welcome them, even help them when they have a question. Lately there have been some questions from new ones and I noticed they get answered pretty quickly. So I don't think TEF members are rude and ignoring at all, but helping and supportive. Hell, some of us are even willing to share Halloween pelts with newbies!

Honestly I have to say, I've had some bad experience with new people in-Forest too. So everyone telling me the popularity is being arrogant, can expect something back from me. Some of my deer (take Fenkovan for example) like to socialize a lot, even to the point they chase on shy and skittish deer. But that's not the point. I often get ignored by these new guys or they run away from me, sometimes not even greeting me back. And I'm not talking about random nameless or fawns trying out buttons. I'm not dumb, I can notice the difference 8D

So yeah, if there's an ignoring problem, it's coming from both sides. Besides, the whole 'ten popular people rule the gang' or something thing is overrated. You just have to try a little harder. And it's just like school. Being the prom queen isn't always perfect either. The grass is always greener... ;D

And dont forget about timezones. Ergh. When I get on, I usually see little or no one on. And usually no one comes running up to me either. Some do but most of the time I get left alone.

IT = Impressive Title. Which is not a very impressive title. xD I don't know why that's what it's called. But it's a Multi-player online ....RPing ..game thing like TEF, except you're avatar is a lion and there's a chat. 8U and way more actions than in TEF. -shrug- And you can customize your lion's appearance. That's about all I can sum it up with. xD

Yeah, timezones are friggin' annoying too. I can hardly see Raz (Australia) or Raku (America) in game, while I have pretty good chances spotting Dannii (Scotland) or one of my fellow dutchies. Raz usually goes to bed when I get on, because I work during the day and only get on in evenings D: So yeah... usually you hang out with the same people every day. Only on rare occasions, like Abio's is where you can spot people you've never seen before in-Forest!

But yeah, off-topic comment actually. I still feel bad for the people that feel ignored, but you can't blame it on others completely. That's too easy. We both have to work on our communication more, but I can't promise anything! We're a growing community with lot's of new members. Lately I spot so many young life (fawns) in Forest, which I've never seen before in such great numbers.

I will try. That's all I can say.

Thanks . I think it did have some sort of an impact. The said journal that was referred to was deleted....though I have seen one thing pop up twice....but havent said anything.

Yeah, not all deer are social. Corvus wont usually approach groups or even lone deer if he doesnt know them. It'll require a lot of encouragement from Polt to make him come and stay xD. Ren is also similar in that he just likes to stroll around. So yeah, not all deer are rude, it's just their nature they arent so sociable.
