Well. I've never been a particularly good community member, seldom commenting and such, so I thought maybe I should give something back to all of you wonderful people. So here goes:

Inspired by this thread by Dajhi, I'm making a bigger (hopefully better) one.

If you can't read the numbers on the left side, from top to bottom it says

- 2 m (~6 ft 7 in.)

* This height is based on how big they are in comparison to poppies and the altar in the Ruins. May be inaccurate.
** Same as above.
***Which on of them, I don't know. Probably Philippine Mouse Deer.
**** No idea which species/subspecies.

! Important:

Remember, all these are male deer. Females are usually smaller, how much depends on which species we're talking about. To be sure, check Wikipedia or something.

And reindeer, for example, vary between 150 -- 85 cm, and many of the others' heights depends on which subspecies we're talking about, so be sure you're checking that!

Thanks for adding the

Thanks for adding the blackbuck antelope in. That is Quad and Zephyr's species so it really helps knowing how big they are in comparison to others.

I got to see blackbucks in real life and was surprised at how small they are. I expected antelope to be much bigger, closer to whitetails or elk.

I have a question...is it possible to add the Gray Brocket to that list? I'm having a hard time finding deer with a height similar to that. They're either too small or too large. =/

Also, I don't know if you are still looking for some additional species, but may I make a few suggestions?

As far as deer go, maybe the eld's deer, hog deer, père david's deer, sambar, and pampas deer? And if I may push my luck a little, maybe the bongo and bighorn sheep as well?

If you get around to updating this again, could you also put in the Chital? I'm having the same problem as I did with the Brocket; deer are either too big or too small (Though the Thomson's Gazelle is pretty close to a Brocket's height, haha.). :/

OrinocoFlow, while the chart does list specific species, this is just simply so that people have an idea of how large any given character is. Your character doesn't have to be a species on this list. (;
