Go into your Screenshots

Go into your Screenshots folder. You can do this by going into the TEF folder and clicking on Screenshots.

You can upload an image to get the URL by going to Imageshack.us
When it's done loading, copy and paste the Direct Link.

Then, on here, click Create new: Picture and copy the link into the image area.
