also what is hte difference between the 'concept' section and the 'fan' section?

Concept is for things that don't exist yet or aren't technically in the game (many character designs, set ideas, etc). Fan is for things that do (in example, this here fawn).
At least that's the way I understand it. No one's going to get upset if you put it in one place or the other. I don't think most of us pay that much attention, rofl.
