A somewhat sweet figure watches
Silent in the dusk
Eyes like blazing torches

Unable to cry out
Unable to express
Tries to yell, to shout
Without making progress

Stuttered sweet nothings
To his beloved mate
Love from him gushing
And silently time waits

Fierce and angered quickly
Prowling in the dark
But the stag, he came so swiftly
And stole away her heart

Gold against grey
On that warm summers day
Blue into blue
Nerves fade away

Shy head tilt
Hidden thoughts spilt
A soft quick smile
Takes quite a while

All this time
Didn't cross that line
Time is up
Now can't stop

Slow hoof trot
Fear forgot
Love is found
By which they're bound

Hooves beat the ground
Friendship is found
Destinies unwind
Unlike any other kind

Fawns and stags and does
Each of them are close
We are all One
The fun has just begun

Introduction and respect
Some left, we won't forget
Bonds strengthen every day
In the Forest we romp and play

Bonded for eternity
Through fawnhood and maturity
Each of us truly honest
Each of us inside the Forest
