I hate hurting people. Anyone. I don't care if they are rude, my mortal enemy, or a stranger. Whenever I hurt someone I just feel like a piece of crap. Maybe I am. But friends and family, especially. People that give me so much, and I thank them by carelessly doing stupid shit and ruining everything. Sometimes I think I'm just a terrible friend. I really don't mean the things I do, but that doesn't keep me from doing them...It's like it's impossible for me NOT to be an asshole to people unintentionally. I don't want to lose all of my friends, but I always manage to drive someone off...

I'm very outgoing for the most part, and if I'm with a friend, I'm especially sociable. When I'm alone around strangers, though, I withdraw and don't talk much. I won't usually share my deeper issues, because I'm afraid of being accused of venting for attention. Over the past year, I haven't written much at all besides the occasional RP. Because of some past traumas, my muse is pretty much gone, and my writing skills aren't what they used to be. Still, it brings me joy. I love making new friends (the more the merrier!) so don't be afraid to say hi. If I come off as annoying, I sincerely apologize ;-; Being very up-close and personal is my way of trying to get past my anxiety when approaching new people.

I can't figure out how to make the Picto glow ;-;

you have to use the picture change on hover, with css the glow appears only on borders of images/boxes, so it would appear as a glowing square with the image in it.
so you'd use that, and then make a picture in photoshop with the glow.

Eerr, that's a bit confusing

Eerr, that's a bit confusing >.< It's probably just because I'm slow at this kind of stuff, but you said make the picture in Photoshop with glow? That threw me off a bit. I don't really understand what you mean by that.

Pff nah,
Well, what I meant is there is no way to use css to make that image glow. So, the only thing you could do is to 'edited' it in a photo editing or drawing software like photoshop to make it look glowy like you want it!

Now, do you want it to glow permanently, or glow only when you drag your mouse/pointer over it?

anyway, ok so you'd need to make two separate images.
one without a glow, one with a glow.

then you'll use a css code to make it seem like the image is glowing on hover.
i can give it to you if you'd like.

Faina: Oh my gosh so I wanted to ask, I absolutely love how you did Palila and Flora's name thingies (you know, the big title on top of their bios.) I was wondering if you could just do one like that, that says like Peli or something >.> It doesn't need to have that hover-on glowing affect. That's only if you want to of course <3

then here's the styles

all you have to do is plug in the urls for images, and their height/width
you can also change the transition times to your liking
