Tinypic is shutting down. Many of these requests utilized Tinypic to host images. If you are still using the layout and did not back up the images, I have copies of them saved and can send them to you so that you can find your own host to upload to.
What I need from you:
- The URL to every image in your layout (so that I can find the images - they are not saved according to other information)
- Somewhere to send them to

You may Email requests to or ping @Aivilo in the TEF Discord, and I will PM you.

Will accept these one at a time. May or may not take a wait list as I'm able. Expect a completion time of anywhere from a few days to more than a month, depending on how work and health are going.

I need something to do with myself, but don't have a lot of time or stamina lately. So, I'm only open for 2 slots right now. These two slots also come with the warning that they may not be done quickly, and a request for your patience if you choose to take a slot.

Current requests will still be worked on, but I won't be accepting new requests until mid October or early November. New rule-

Just so I don't have to keep harassing folks for information : P 6 weeks is plenty long enough to come up with an idea or to express continued interest, I think.

I have noticed an unfortunate trend with many of the blogs I've coded. A large number are never used, or are put into test-blog limbo. If at any point while I'm working on these you decide you aren't happy with the layout or that you don't want the coding done any more, please let me know so I don't pump my hours into something that will just be thrown away.
Yes, I do these for fun and for free, but it kinda makes me sad when I put effort into something and it gets thrown out the window without ever being used.
I'm not saying you can never change your layout again! By all means, if you get tired of it after a few months, switch things up. But if I'm going to put my time and energy into these, I would really, really appreciate it if they got some level of use before they were retired.

Got Photoshop working again.

Something is wrong with my copy of Photoshop Elements, and it's seriously impeding progress in certain areas, as that's what I use to work with mock-ups and color-grab, among other things. Tried re-installing without much success. Not sure what else to do about it.

Gave the lists their own box and made some of the script more legible. Also beginning to modify the way the completed works display.

Finally got some code together for this blog. Next on the list is making the examples page look pretty, and maybe give the active/waiting list its own box.

I'm only doing one at a time at the moment, so I'm going to list anyone who requests in the "waiting list" section so that I can look up their post later without having to do a bunch of digging.
Please feel free to continue to put in requests, but be aware that I'm no longer doing 3+ per week and will be slower in completing these.

If I foresee some extra spare time coming up, I may open additional slots or bump up people on the waiting list.

Note to a select few who have had CSS done

On a few of these I've modified the "new comment" button. You will need to edit the URL of this link before new comments can be added to your blog! If you do not edit it, it will redirect to my test blog. It apparently slipped my mind to mention this a few times, so I'm making a general note here.

How to Make a Request, and How This Works in General

If the title says "working", I'm currently working on some of these and am not starting new requests for the moment (feel free to ask to be put on the waiting list, though). If the title says "open" I will actively be picking the next batch if any of the current slots are open (or about to open). If the title says "closed", life has gotten busy and I won't be working on or accepting requests for a while.
NOT first come first serve, so make a suggestion no matter how many posts there are in front of you. Please feel free to submit your requests regardless of whether the title is "working," "open," or "closed"! I'll take them all into consideration at some point.
You can request for anyone, including yourself/your characters. If you request for someone else, please make sure they can contact me so they can give me feedback and get the code later. Also make sure they're looking for a layout; if they don't want CSS, I'm not going to force it on them.
It doesn't have to be a biography! I can build OOC blogs, or whatever else you have in mind, too.
I'll open slots again once a batch is finished.
~~Probably won't do every one that gets suggested before life gets busy again, but we'll see what happens~~~ Life got busy again! Still taking requests, but moving more slowly.

Though I'd like a couple of changes to be done here and there, yes. When I click on previously, I see invisible scroll box, which is how it is supposed to be but unlike other boxes, a little of scrollbar can be still seen. Perhaps you don't see it, but I do and I believe some people do, too. So could you please make that box a little wider so I won't see it? It'd be best if you'll fill all boxes with something to make them scrollable, so that I can see if the rest of them is fine. And perhaps give some distance to the comments (comment boxes) so that they aren't sticked to each other? Changing the color of submitted at the comments and editing the code the way there is only add new comment text would be nice, as well.
And perhaps you could put the music players under the box of updates? Thank you in advance.
I hope that's not too much to ask for ^^;.

No, it looks fine in Chrome. You must be using IE - I just checked over there and I think I see what you mean. Easy fix!

They almost all scroll in Chrome, but I'll add some extra text so they scroll in IE, too.

I think I can manage that. Just to be clear though, when you say "change the color of submitted at the comments" you mean the date and time of each post in the comments section, correct?

I was going to just post the thread with the reference here but I can't find it now, I think Fain took it down. I'll see if she can send me the pic with the colors on it.

Edit: She moved it to her art blog is why. Phew!!

There it is! She'll be fading and be a mottled mess between her baby blues and her adult hues while she's an older child, fading from one set to the other as she grows to be a young adult, so her profile should be the final colors so we won't have to do edits the whole way along. It's based off a female peacock (peafowl).

What I need is help making a side scrolling box of art-thumbnails that can be linked to larger images for an art blog I have. HERE is the mockup!
