Subnautica's got me real good guys. I've been trapped playing it obsessively for days now rip. It's just so much fun... I'm not even doing the story lol I just want to build my perfect base and explore.

There's an option on my Steam profile where friends can request to watch me play. So if anyone's interested, my steam is this. Don't need to ask beforehand, just go there and request to watch and I'll respond as long as I'm available. Sometimes I'm afk as I look after my aging grandparent a lot these days.

A track, and Vee, you know where I am if you want to talk. I think sometimes apathy is part of depression; I know yours may be tied in to more. A lot of people nowadays I think are hesitatnt to message others first, or they have anxiety that presents them from doing so, so I can understand.

It's not your fault. That's depression talking. And as someone who's lived with depression and social anxiety for about as long as I can remember, I know how difficult it is to not just realize that but also believe it as well.

I always have trouble talking to people, even friends, and most of my friends are the same way, so it's normal to go for long periods of time without saying much to each other. So while I would like talking to you more, I don't have a problem with that not happening, either. Either way, we're cool. ♥

Kaoori: <3 Thanks Kimi. According to a friend who spoke to me earlier, it's more officially called derealization/depersonalization, it's caused from high anxiety, stress, and trauma, and it's a defense mechanism... They had it for years, which is a really unsettling idea for me, that it could go for longer yet... Bleh. I'll just keep aiming to help support people with their anxiety and feeling welcome, if I can.

Amary: Yeah, as said above. I knew I had depression and anxiety, this is just... another thing in addition to it. Sigh. Of course though. You can talk to me, even if I'm not very easy to talk to. I promise that's entirely on my end and you're good. I was happy when Red and Amary hung out not long ago. Maybe we should have our other characters meet too. Starless is rather approachable after initial tentativeness. Smiling

Though I do want to clarify: this blog entry isn't so much me moping about not getting enough interactions, it's the fact that despite having said things like that given lots of reassurance and invitation in the past, I haven't reached out despite it all. This is an explanation as to why this is, and why I behave as distant and... disconnected? As I do.
I wanted to get my state of mind out there to prevent people from getting the wrong impressions about me. To prevent anxiety and misunderstanding. I don't want to be the way I am, but this is how it is. I appreciate the support and understanding wholeheartedly.

I usually have my deer either sit down or "listen" while I look them up. Or when things are slow, like everyone's just sitting around, I sometimes take the opportunity to look at profiles of whoever is online. If I can't find someone's picto, I just have to try to find out who they are later.
