New here with a little question

Well hi everyone, i am new here and have been playing it for a little while. any way i need a little help with the network conection in the game, when i am connected (i did login) to the game i never see any other players even when it showed that there are players online. so well lookin forward to play with you all and if any one can help with my problem i would be very thankfull.

Is the dot in the left corner

Is the dot in the left corner orange or green or red ?
There is a menu point where you can tweak between seeing "No Players" or "All Players" .
Maybe you have it switched to see none players .

Red means you are not

Red means you are not connected to the game .
Try reconnecting a few times and check if your antivirus and your firewall are accepting the game to connect .

I always have the dot in orange .
