I've actually started to like the fact, my blogs are hidden away, because every comment I get makes me really happy and like they brighten up my day, so I actually like the fact I'm unpopular. Also it means i can say what I want and get away with it LOL no I'm kidding....mostly. No but seriously...it's my opinion that yeah the populars get lots and lots and lots of comments, but hell. Be proud of what you do get, because it could be nothing at all, and yeah I know for some people it is, but even then, if you have even a few reads, you should be proud, because you know at least some people are looking.

SO remember this

Popularity. Sucks.
You get trouble and drama upon trouble and drama. And people expect so much of you and complain when you don't live up to those expectations.

Glad you posted this! I feel like a lot of people who are well-known in the community somehow don't get a lot of comments--and it's not because their work isn't great. I know that not getting dozens and dozens of comments on my posts means that I'm able to read and appreciate all the ones I do get. Smiling
